My friend who is a huge transformer collector came to my house to visit from out of state. He starts to tell his brother how rare my Japan Beast Wars Ravage is as he takes him out of my glass case and opens the chest doors snapping one clean off. I wanted to snap his chest clean open as he and his brother chuckled about it.

As for me
I snapped a nosecone of MP-03 Starscream
Snapped a freakin arm off a Browning M1910 pistol

Both off which left me extremely pissed

 

ROTF LDR OP's backpack. Had to get a Battle Hooks to perform some surgery.

 

I had Animated Ultra Magnus out of his box 45 seconds before I snapped off one of his ear dealies.. with all the soft rubber used in that line I don't get why those were overlooked. I repaired it but now I always have to be super careful when I transform him.

 

My Animated Magnus was broke when I bought it, does that count? His lil antennas on his head are missing and his electronics is screwed up.

Hasbro MP Skywarp - Broke the pegs under the wings by the missile plugs.
DVD Edition Prime - Broke his knee somehow. Doesn't move at one of the joints. Also broke the stock on the Megatron gun.
ROTF Prime - Broke one of the window visor bits.
HTFD Starscream - Cracked the butt-plug for his missile launcher.
TFTM Arcee - Her foot broke off.
ROTF Legends Mudflap - Broke the peg connecting his legs in the back.
Animated Battle Begins Megatron - Knee joint broke.

That's all I can remember... So, basically, all my favorite, expensive ones.

 

I broke one of Alternity Megatron's taillights. Snapped cleanly in half. Dunno how it happened. Bummed me out. Tried to glue it back on but the damage is already done. Luckily I bought a new MISB Megatron to replace him (I'm anal like that about my toys) and gonna sell the loose one.

 

ROTF Scalpel. Shocked me to no end. I have never broken a Transformer before that, not even as a kid.

usually if I get a figure and it feel like ill break it when I mess with I dont touch it but ive had a few breaks

TFTM classic Bumblebee- automorph broke right out of the package
TFTM Ultimate Bumblbee- both legs broke the first time I TFd it, took forever to return it too
BW Bat Optimus Primal- when I was a kid playing with him the springs inside of him (or something it was awhile ago) broke and I couldnt transform him anymore
TFTM Concept Bumblebee- I cant remember what broke on it but I remember returning my first one because it was broken

 

DOTM Cyberverse Megatron. The left arm just snapped off at the transformation joint and could not be put back together again without affecting its transformation.

 

Only a few. Very few that I can remember. I don't break TFs much. One time Armada Jolt fell off a shelf as someone was walking by and they stepped on him, breaking his propeller, chest, and the little joint you use to flip his propeller around, and the TM2 Beast Wars Megatron I was recently given had stress marks in the knee joints which easily turned into breaks due to his sparkly plastic (Yes, it was the TM2 Megs, not golden dino Megs) and all I did was touch the joint. I'm sure there are at least one or two more, but those are the only ones I can remember. I don't think I've ever broken a transformer by forcibly moving a joint, moving something the wrong way, purposely destroying it, etc.

 

That is when you try to be smart and try to transform him without looking in the instructions.
Mine were broken from falls.
Cybertron Skywarp fell from 50 cm (20 inches) and his backpack cannot be put again.
Those litle pieces are broken.
Cybertron GTS ( my first transformer ), he has one of his horns broken.
1974 Movie Bumblebee- one of his wheels is litle damaged,so the launcher cannot fit very well. Also his Automorph is a bit loose, so his hood is a bit lower than it should be.
Movie Ratchet fell from 2 metres ( 80 inches ) and only thing he broke is litle piece where his weapon fits, so weapon falls down in some poses.
ROTF Fallen's head was broken and it fell down. I put some glue and now it is OK (yes, I remembered to take picture of HTFD OP holding his face ).
And the piece that holds Movie Voyager Ironhide is broken so I can't put his Back kibble in robot mode. Actually I managed to do that, but it's very hard now.
Front wheel of Chromia's vehicle mode is broken ( the litle piece that holds it ), so I need to put whole bike in the Stand.
And from a big fall of Ice Cream twins ( I suspect 1974 Bumblebee pushed them ), litle pieces that connect them in Vehicle mode are broken ( not all, I can still combine them, and it looks the same as before).

G2 Jazz - Roof broke off, no longer have this guy so who knows  
G2 Sideswipe - Broke off one of the spoilers & both side windows.
G2 Inferno - Ankles broke, got sat on, but is fixed now (somewhat)
G2 Slag - Tail broke at the weak point, but is fixed now
G2 Turbofire - arm broke, but is held there with sticky tack

 

Yes! Those douches.

 

My BW Megatron broke today (He was the first BW figure I got... 15 years ago). I fixed him fine but he feels tainted now. My TM Megs broke a while back thanks to GPS, and my TM2 Megs took a unfortunate tumble years ago, though I replaced him since. Hoping my Alligator Megatron doesn't break...

 

So, uh... I guess the Maximals did win the Beast Wars, eh?
