Saving? Not in the slightest. There's still Animated toys I wanna get, plus MP Grimlock and both the Alternity toys. Even after I've gotten those, I'll probably focus on filling other gaps in my collection than bothering with the new movie toys unless something really sparks my interest, and so far nothing I've seen has.

Blimey this has come round quick from when I started the thread. So quick I forgot to save anything and now I am at the point where if I buy the ROTF figures I have to live off Tesco value beans for a couple of months or miss out.

Sadly all my savings are going into a deposit for a house. My many attempts to get back into collecting as an adult haven't really taken off as there's always been something else that I need the money for. And being an 'all or nothing' person' I sold on the three or four movie figures I had knowing that I wouldn't be able to afford to buy all of the on-screen characters (that probably wouldn't have been the case if the prices in the UK weren't so steep - I would have no hesitation parting with £6 [$12] for a deluxe or even £25 [$50] for a Leader class).

That said, I might just take a drive down to TRU on Saturday and treat myself to the new Lead Prime becase I am genuinely impressed by the engineering of that toy. And if I have some spare cash later on I might get some of the 'novelty' toys like the Ice Cream truck and Ejector. Maybe Arcee if they combine and it looks good....

God it's hard to leave them on the shelf!

Ok, you guys have my permission to FACEPALM me etc etc for this question but from what I've heard, the Devastator combo toys do not have robot forms, they are just alt modes and limbs. Has this changed at all?
