I was watching the second season on Netflix, the second episode specifically. After Orion Pax meets Starscream and Starscream refers to him as Optimus Prime, Orion Pax does some research and pulls up a picture of Optimus Prime. The face on the image looks remarkably like the one on the Ultra Magnus toy. Is it just me, or does anybody else also see it?

 

this has been pointed out quite a lot. i definitely see it though.

 

Definitely remember thinking it was Magnus back when I first saw this episode. Probably what he would have looked like back on Cybertron. Though I imagine when we eventually see him in the show, and I'm pretty sure we will, he'll essentially be the toy with some more detail. Though I imagine his hammer might be a little different.

 

It's either Ultra Magnus or Sentinel Zeta Prime, if you ask me.

Thought I'd stumbled upon something.

 

I recall people pointing it out, and me disagreeing with that notion. But now that I have the voyager in-hand, the face is ridiculously uncannily similar.

 

That's not Ultra Magnus, guys. It's a different yet to be seen Prime.

It may not be the FINAL ULTRA MAGNUS design but it is CLEARLY drawn with UM in mind. I mean come on he even has shoulder towers!

 

Either Zeta Prime or Vector Prime.

 

Zeta is kinda dead, and that doesn't look anything like Vector Prime, looks like this,

It's probably a Prime though so because it won't be Ultra Magnus.

 

Yeah looking at the figure than at ultra magnus in the dinobots comics theres a very very uncanny resemblance.

How though? It has a lot of design nods to Magnus.

 

He actually does appear like that in Rage of the Dinobots so yes it's certainly Ultra Magnus.

We know you have your own theories and beliefs on who you think that is, but when everybody else says it's Ultra Magnus then IMHO, either we are all blind or otherwise. End of discussion, my friend. Not trying to sound mean, just stating a fact. Don't fight it and try to be 'different' form most of the views here.

We have discussed this in depth many times, and the end result declares Magus.

Also, I think Zaur is really Firestorm777 back from the dead.
