I ran into NBA player (and star of Spike Lee's "He Got Game") Ray Allen while picking my mom at the airport. Only thing I had on me was a Footlocker coupon, so I got him to autograph that. Two weeks later I needed to buy shoes but couldn't use that damn coupon, and now I don't even know where it is. DOUBLE FAIL!

Comic book artists (from my 90's kid days) from a convention:
    Greg Capullo
    Whilce Portacio

    Comedians after the show:
Emo Philips, I bought his cd and he even wrote a personalized message on it: "Matt, stop telling people we're married. -Emo"
Lewis Black, sign and personlized our tickets. One of my friends had to leave so when it came time to sign his ticket, Lewis asked "What's his name?", I told him "Doesn't matter, he's not even here." So he signs it "F*ck you! -Lewis Black"

Oh yeah Dave Chapelles autograph on a Mcdonalds napkin when no one really knew who he was yet. He was shocked when I asked for his autograph. My co workers at the time was like why did you ask for his autograph? I wonder if they know why now. Lol

I have (probably) over 500 sports autographs. That's just a guess, but that includes 8x10s, sports cards and also 2 hockey jerseys. To list them would be too many!

Aside from that, not too sure what I have. But i do have the All Fall Down hardcover Botcon exclusive signed by Simon Furman.

I've been to so many conventions and have gotten so many in-person autographs that I have no idea how many I have, but the bulk of my collection is from voice actors. Haven't really bothered scanning the autographs to "show off" but I have lots of photos from in-person meetings, like this one of of me with Mark Hamill from a press junket I was invited to when Mark was promoting his "Comic Book: The Movie" indie mockumentary at SDCC (I even ended up appearing briefly in the film too!):

And here's me with Corey Burton (G1 Shockwave, Brawn, Spike):

With Jim Cummings, voice of Pooh, Tigger, Darkwing Duck and hundreds of other cartoon characters:

In many cases, yes. A TFW2005 member contacted me about this, and I turned my response into a detailed article for my "Voice Actors in the News" blog.

If you have any questions about tracking down autographs after reading this, just ask and I'll do my best to help answer them:

    I don't really have many, I have;

Deaths Head #1 signed by Simon Furman

David Hasselhoff Autobiography signed by David Hasselhoff to me.

I think I have a signed program for Christmas Carol by Patrick Stewart? Not sure about that one.

Also most recently I got the program for the Strictly Come Dancing tour signed by a load of the dancers, celebs and one of the judges. My wife did some work for some tv producer guy who got us free tickets, and passes to the exclusive bar. And because I have no shame I asked for autographs! On a bonus though I got a little hug from Aliona Vilani, who is super hot IMO.

Man, I never should've dropped Mean Joe Greens jersey... ;)

I drove over to Princeton University when they were shooting ROTF (I only live 15 minutes away) and I was fortunate enough to meet Shia, Megan Fox and Michael Bay. I high fived Shia, and got Megan and Michaels autographs on business cards I had on me. Megan seemed pretty nice, I was surprised. That was a highlight for me in terms of meeting celebrities. I also met Lou Ferrigno and John Cena both at the Gold's I used to work at, and I have Lawrence Taylor's autograph on a football. I also met Rich Rodriguez when he was still at Michigan, but he didnt really count in terms of meeting celebrities (he was my brothers coach at the time). I also met the Penny Arcade guys at NYCC. Pretty cool guys.

I would love to get a few autographs for some stuff I own but knowing my luck, it will take a while.

A list of autographs I would love to get.

Sean Schemmel - Voice of Goku (Dragonball Z Funimation Dub)
Chris Sabat - Voice of Vegeta and Piccolo (Dragonball Z Funimation Dub)
Brian Drummond - Voice of Vegeta (Dragonball Z Ocean Group Dub)
Scott McNeil - Voice of Piccolo (Dragonball Z Ocean Group Dub) and Dinobot, Dinobot II, Rattrap, Silverbolt and Waspinator from Beast Wars/Machines
Peter Cullen - Voice of Optimus Prime
Vic Mignogna - Voice of Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist. I wont bother him with Broly from Dragonball Z, he dislikes voicing him)
Wendee Lee - Voice of Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) and Konata Izumi (Lucky Star)
Daft Punk (Band) - This will probably be the hardest to obtain, since it seems its almost impossible to get one from them but I can try atleast.

That's all about the Autographs I want from people.

Nothing personal, but when people count TF voice actors and Stan Bush as famous, it makes me chuckle.
