I think you missed the point. The point is that he's charging almost $11,000 for the figure and is too cheap to cover shipping.

    Ebay:
Oh, the price is insane, but the shipping price is not if you are an individual going through a shipping company like Fed-Ex.

Edit: However, when asking for that much, eating that 150 for shipping cost would show some sign of humanity.

In fairness, if you're actively considering paying 11K for a toy, you probably don't bat an eye at an extra $150.

    22 1/2 inches deep. Without the back piece it's 14 1/2 inches

Actually, he is asking $10,199.99 for it.

The funny part is the "199.99" instead of just asking "10,200". Who is fooled by the penny less?

The entire world :p . There's a whole science behind why most price tags end in ".9X".

Looks like it might just fit without the back piece, the cabinet is 14-3/4" deep

Here's a pic to show how the backpack is just about lined up to the stand where the extended piece meets. So you should be fine there as well.

Yeah.... I got it. The bolded part above is the correct answer. It's a complete joke that someone would ask that much money for that figure and not include shipping. I personally find it offensive. Of course the entire ad is offensive!

Appreciate the pic! Planning on getting this cabinet in a few hours and was double checking the dimensions. Don't want to waste $120 on a shelf he won't fit in haha

If you’re displaying him in bot mode, you always have the option of posing him without the stand, or if you want an even narrower depth, remove the back and leg kibble. It’s only a few screws and mushrooms pegs to remove all the planet mode shell pieces.

He'll stand fine without the stand if space is an issue? Not that there's really anywhere to fall either inside a cabinet. Is it safe to assume that hell be stood in the bottom? I wouldnt think a glass shelf would take the weight.

Are you sure it can fit the width of his wings? The interior width of that cabinet is 30", and my Unicron measures 39" wide in the pose below (including the spikes on the wings). You could pose his arms more down at his sides to reduce the width somewhat, but I'm not sure if you can get it down under 30".

I hadn't thought about how much not having him at attention would add. Hm, might need to go back to the drawing board for him
