Just read the real one's blurb. It's wrong. The seller says that zavvi are teaming with Hasbro for future Haslab projects, true enough, but that there was no UK availability. That's 100% wrong. Kapow did with Unicron what zavvi did with the boardgame thing. And Kapow had it up for sale before TFS-Express listed it.

Sorry, just hate it when someone lists it for 200% profit and uses bullshit to help justify it.

 

any way to slacken the shoulders off a tad? they seem to be way too tight. useless instructions aside, hes an excellent figure   but bigger and heavier than i was expecting XD

 

I talked to Scott M. yesterday, he provided no information of worth.

 

For everyone that has had the shoulder issue, they're requiring Unicron be shipped back in its entirety. Local post off told me they can't pick up because of it being an oversized package. I did eventually get it shipped out yesterday after having someone from Hasbro global talk to the manager of my post office.... not bad, at 5 trips to post office

 

Nothing personal, sucks that your figure was defective... But I better not have to wait another six weeks while your shoulder issue gets a turn around replacement figure.

 

They told me if they didn't have a replacement in stock they would just issue a full refund.

And that's what concerns more now than anything if I am the last person to get an order filled, which seems more likely by the day and it does have some kind of defect that is more than scuffed paint or something dumb I did, then what?

"Sorry, sir, seems we sent you the one where we used it as a means to replace that other guy's figure's head by mistake... but we don't have a replacement for yours now because well, it happens. Send it back. Go without or buy one on eBay. Those are your options."

Mother fuckers should be buying one on eBay to replace mine. Is what they should be doing. But they won't.

 

That's why I am really hesitant to send mine back. The rep assured me the replacement inventory was accounted for, and that I would get a replacement. That barely eases my worries, lol.

You can always try your luck ,I just didn't want to take a chance at the 6 to 12 week wait to find out

 

Put a drop or two Silicone Shock Oil at the shoulder ratcheted joint, you would be able to rotate it smoothly afterwards.

 

Don't panic. Haslab Unicron is sturdily built, shipped with shipping box that designed to provide maximum protection, so no QC problem for most of time.

 

So you would need at least a D-Segment sedan car to fit Unicron in.

 

Have you received yours yet? I can assure you that once you put that panel up inside where it goes, no amount of vibrations will make it fall back into the other position. There isn't clearance for it to swing, hence why you have to dismantle an entire planetary quadrant to move it in the first place.

 

Took a couple of days, but got Unicron de-kibbled and printed out the planet mode inserts. I didn't have room for one massive Uni, but now have to find room for two. Chaos Bringer indeed.

Studio Cell upgraded ring/wings looks decent enough. Next up, lights!
