I'm sure FedEx employees are aware of how lame their employer is, especially given how the company, unlike UPS or USPS, has tried to maintain a contractor model with their drivers in order to stiff them on benefits and punish them for not meeting quota (one reason for the weird things that happen with FedEx deliveries). When I'm on the line with CS and trying to get them to help me, I remind myself that they don't want to be on that call/chat any more than I do, and I generally just try to get the info as quickly and politely as possible, but that's just me.

For those still waiting, here's Serena from Hasbro Pulse as of yesterday (via chat): "Since the shipping notices were not sent from Pulse directly, it only appears that the shipping information has been generated with FedEx. I do not have access to confirm if the inventory is currently available, however, our remaining inventory of the Transformers: War For Cybertron Unicron Figure has an estimated ship date of around 4/22/2021. A different kind of Doomsday Machine

 

Found a MISB MX-00 Micron Legend Unicron on eBay last night for $218 to go with the Haslab. I owned my old Hasbro Armada Unicron for 15 years so I'm interested to see what subtle differences the Takara version has and get the satisfaction of messing with a brand new copy of the mold again. Plus I'll probably get a good laugh out of seeing the Unicron figure that I thought looked so huge as a kid barely come up to Haslab Uni's waist lol
