I’m counting on it this time of year

 

So what I gathered from this email is that Hasbro knows some of us received a tracking number through FedEx but don't get too excited about the expected delivery date because we have a ton of these to ship out and they're not necessarily going to arrive when FedEx says they will. I had a notice that a virtual pinball table I ordered had a label created on Feb 28, was expected to ship March 1, and deliver by March 8. It didn't even ship until today and now expected March 16. I think this stuff just coming into port is having FedEx labels generated when they clear customs but aren't being processed for FedEx pickup until days or weeks later.

 

That was absolutely my first reaction when reading my email.  

 

She definitely deserves a tfwiki entry for sending us fans a big box of joy and chaos!  

 

Seems I need to take a day off from work then for the 6th of the truck they are showing up with here lolol I told my local guy be prepared. I told him expect ottoman size boxes.

 

100%. Now we know at least someone is seeing all of our complaints and longform arguments outside of what is emailed to them directly. God help that person.

Most of the FedEx notifications people are seeing are the standard mass printing of shipping labels per each order as they are processed even before they have them in hand. Easier to just print out 5000+ at a time and slap the FedEx label on them as they get unloaded and then reload on to the Fedex trucks. Just slap and go, slap and go, slap and go!!! I foresee this taking multiple weeks to ship out. Unicron is a very large space consuming item you can only fit so many onto a FedEx truck even a semi. Unless they are being shipped by multiple Hasbro distribution centers around the USA and not Ingram Micro Hasbro's third party distributor for Hasbro Pulse.

 

Got the email as well! The excitement is building!

 

Crap, I think this email means we can expect for these dates to be pushed back. What a tease if so!

 

I think this means the expected delivery dates we all got are probably not even close and we shouldn't panic if it takes a decent while longer.

it looks like chaos has finally hit the dojo... 

 

All of these jokes about hiding Unicron from wives... My wife works from home so I'm coordinating to make sure she knows which day he arrives. She is excited.

 

Dang, I had a feeling they were just getting the labels ready and that FedEx automation just did it’s thing. Either way, at least they seem to be on top things and it’ll hopefully be shipping soon!

 

Toy dojo sent out emails about how they need full Payments by the 20th because they expect him in today.

 

I too got the Hasbropulse email....... woot woot. boy oh boy. so.. should I sell my spares for 2000$ each or customize them and sell them for even more?

 

Hopefully mine is delivered next week during my days off. Really don’t feel like driving downtown where their holding facility is. That being said, it went pretty smoothly, despite the pandemic. Hasbro easily could have played the pandemic card like certain game console companies, online toy retailers, etc, but nope... they persevered and came out when they said they would.

bravo Hasbro!

 

Maybe sell them at a more reasonable up-mark?

That pretty much is the aftermarket price. Hovers between $1,500 and $2,000
