but it isnt that far of a reach to see basically one of the worlds largest toy companies taking the same approach as lego, disney and bandai if they wanted to. especially if it would jeopardize or cheapen their future crowd funding endeavors.

they have more than enough of a cash footprint in these countries to start asking for legal enforcement of their IP if they wanted.

Out of curiosity... anyone here actually buying this to display with the Siege/Earthrise/??? Series? So far I’ve seen many people say it’s going with Masterpiece or legends figures. Have seen no one comment about displaying with the WFC line.

 

I don't really collect MP (outside of the Ghostbusters crossover based collection and T-Beast collection I have) so mine will definitely go with WFC/Chug figures

I intend on posing him clutching Rung while surrounded by the Quint faction and Galvatron and co

 

My plan is to display him with the city bots. The idea is that Unicron threatens to destroy Cybertron and Fortress Maximus and Scorponok have to team up to take him down. I'm still not sure if I have enough room to add Metroplex and Trypticon to the mix. Only MP figure I can see joining the battle is Star Saber, but I might add some chug smaller bots to free space on other shelves.

 

I'm personally putting it on my "too big for any other shelf" shelf.

 

I plan on have him on a separate display with that Legends sized Fallen 3p figure in the palm of his hand and Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge at his feet.
