I wouldn't call the new Omega Prime head "off". It's an intentionally new rendition/interpretation. The cheek guards flare out, rather than hug the mouthplate tight, giving it the look of a samurai kabuto.

Eh, I would still try to get it. With Victory Saber, I had to import from the US to Europe (by a local company that specializes in shipping to Europe), which meant additional customs duties and taxes. With Deathusaurs, I could already order through Hasbro EU bypassing customs duties... and the final cost was almost identical to importing VS. So the cost of importation wouldn't be a big obstacle for me, just having "fun" with customs as usual.

That's unfortunately the constraints of their distribution network.

While they could theoretically leave it to the free-for-all of courier services, they have after-market care to be concerned about as well.

That's where proxy buying services and online friends come in.

There are going to be "unhappy people" no matter what. The Internet caters to and amplifies negativity. It breeds engagement. So individuals who are terminally, perpetually negative and critical of everything from the sky to the color blue will exist and express disdain over everything.

But anyone who backed with the expectation of a "mystery unlock" should probably cancel now. All 4 of you.

Dianauts are the Diaclone pilot figures, and people are using them as a "proof-of-concept" for what a potential T-Ai figure could be.

The original Fire Convoy is able to accommodate them and the new one should be able to as well despite the upscale to accommodate Titan masters. However don’t expect to see T-AI from one, if they’re gonna do her she’s probably gonna be a Titan master

Yeah, RiD Optimus Prime and Prowl retain their Kanji markings. They just gained new Autobot sigils in their vehicle mode in that transition.

Wait, they did? Shit. Guess we'll just have to see what happens on the 15th. Even then, they do let us edit our payment details, so if I don't get charged then, I might have to update my payment to my new card come this fall.

Now that the new photos are out, I'm REALLY tempted but I keep flipflopping on whether I like the RID2k aesthetic or not... Especially on how they feel a lot more partsformery than I'm accustomed to.

Proof of concept of what *I* would want from a T-AI figure if she is ever made:

There are far too many entitled people in this world, sadly.

Don't pay for something that's not on the menu just because you want it on the menu, kids.

Some Super-Optimus mode hands that can form fists would be useful.

His hands as is are really casual in the pose (which is fine for on the shelf display) but not idea for combat.

I sort of recall he can blast water out of his fingers as well as the transorbital water canon (yeah that isn't silly at all firing water at trans-sonic speeds isn't going to result in weird physical effects with the Oxygen and Hydrogen splitting or burning or other weirdness or super heating or something) Hell I have not idea what would happen to water if you could fire it at 17,000 MPH at something.

Anyway if Hasbro don't do water and blast effects hopefully someone else will afterwards.

But Ai / T-Ai is fine but I would prefer a water effect.
