Woohoo! What I had hoped to see - I'm just about to finish my Victory rewatch so this is perfect (Loving all the recent Japanese G1 mainline releases!). I'm fine with the price holding steady - it does feel a little strange since its kind of like one less figure, but with the price of everything shifting it kind of offsets. What I would really like is a bonus tier where they throw in the other 2 micromasters to fill out the set from last year's VS Haslab. Backed!
don’t be an ass. I don’t have a problem with the MMC price, it’s justifiable. I just don’t care enough about the character to buy him at that price. If Hasbro released this as a commander at commander class prices, I would have bought it. It’s not worth the same price as Victory saber which has so much more functionality. Two robot which combine and have multiple modes, versus a character like Deathsaurus who isn’t complex and has a simple Kaiju alt-mode. The breastforce are the most complex thing about him. It’s not equal value.
I may back a second to have one to sell. But we shall see. I will make that decision closer to the end date. Good luck fellas, I am 100% going to be in the camp of believing that this will hit every stretch goal. Nothing will stop my faith in this project. I won’t have any of it.

I hope they make Liokaiser next year. I missed out on Star Saber and Deathsaurus isn’t that cool to me.
So both this and Victory Saber cost $179.99. Both needed 11,000 backers to hit. Both had their tiers at 14,000 and 17,000, though interestingly, Victory Saber had a third tier at 20,000. According to Lenny, they've revealed everything. Which is fine, but it would be cool if they announce a surprise third tier at 20,000 at some point. Obviously the hope, the goal, the dream is that it hits all the tiers. I mean, I NEED that throne to put next to Starscream. Victory Saber had 26,211 backers, so this should hit 17,000 easily, and even could hit 20,000 if they sneak in a third tier.
You don't get charged if it doesn't meet the minimum backer amount of 11,000. 11,000 onwards, you get charged.
Based on the fact that the Ghost Rider haslab was being sold for $350 and that the ML team claimed that if Galactus was sold today they'd have to charge over $500 (originally was $399) that any future Transformers haslabs would be much more expensive, yet this has somehow remained the same price as Star Saber and Victory Leo. Interesting.
