I think the cancels are from over selling without in stock really, but just my thoughts. the new/used is a miss for me as they often admit they get old ass stock in and i've gotten new things from BBTS being like 12 years old and slightly rusted and tarnished on metal parts

 

why I respect one piece for the creator said there is a real treasure. Be like One Piece and while going on forever have a damn point

When I received my Victory Saber, and he broke the first time I transformerd him, I rage cancelled my Deathsaurus order. It was rash, but I was angry. I contacted customer service and they're working on getting me a replacement. So now that I've had time to cool off, I put in another order for Deathsaurus. I'm still annoyed. I just wish I had a Victory Saber in good condition in my possession before ordering Deathsaurus. I have to hope that the replacement is good. I guess worst case scenario, if my Victory Saber replacement is crap, and I decide I don't want Deathsaurus, I can always sell him.

 

Random thought but considering how many are ending up backing this should Hasbro have maybe tried to add another tier of some kind? Absolutely smashed it on a next level.

 

I'd be less bothered if either Hasbro or FedEx would give me the option of giving a signature BEFORE they make a failed attempt. I'm NEVER at home during delivery times.

On this particular occasion, Hasbro didn't even send me the "it's on it's way" e-mail until AFTER the attempt to deliver to my door (which failed, because, again, NOT AT HOME!) was made.

 

Anyways, joking wonder if the reason Deathsaurus exceeded expectations is that unlike Victory Saber, he wasn't running alongside a doomed Kickstarter for a relatively much more overpriced chess set that I'm sure at least some subset of people had set money aside instead for. (really i just remembered the whole eaglemoss debacle and had to laugh)

 

Really considering getting this. Haven’t bought a Transformer in over a year (except Sludge) and I’m looking to sell off a good portion of my collection. Also never watched the source material for this guy. But he looks awesome and would probably look nice next to Scorponok. Hmm…

For those of you who purchased from TFSource and live outside of the US, do they charge you anything for PreOrders in their Stack option when the order is made, or only when it comes in stock? Not even a deposit?

What is the best shipping method to use once your PreOrder comes in if you live outside of the US, and is their shipping calculator for your country accurate?

Once the PreOrder comes in stock and is charged, are you able to choose a specific shipping method? In this case, do you get charged for the order and shipping separately?

Have you had any issues with items that are brand new like Deathsaurus coming from them with quality, packing or incorrect items when you live outside of the US?

If you can afford two and have the gumption to sell the second, do it. If buying a second means you can't pay the mortgage, then only buy one.

 

Yeah that's something Pulse needs to work on. Lots of us, myself included got Saber before the shipping notice and would have missed the first attempt had we not gotten tipped off to Delivery Manager.

Had that worked as expected (shipping notice arriving on time) FedEx gives the option to hold at a location.

 

Yeah I noticed something that whenever I get a pulse shipment notice email it’s either already in the way or close to being out for delivery. So as you said without being tipped by FedEx delivery manager a lot of us would’ve been in the dark. Between that and there return policy and procedure they definitely need to improve from an operations standpoint

 

I’d be financially fine doubling up and the extra would be flipped to alleviate the cost of the one I’m keeping. Judging by Victory Saber resale value, it seems like they resell for around 50%-75% more than MSRP.

It would be financially irresponsible if I didn’t get another to resell right? Lol
