I missed this. Something happened with Eternia? Only a casual observer to MOTU.

Also isn't there a King Greyskull at retail already? I thought I saw one at Target yesterday. I have to admit though, all the sub headers for MOTU confuse the heck out of me. I don't know what they mean.

Pulse Premium keeps justifying its value and it's amazing we have to keep reminding people of that.

I think it looks great and will be ordering two. While the throne is a bulky inclusion, the tiers for Transformers just haven't been as exciting as some of the Joe or Marvel ones. I know most of the figures in those lines are pretty basic repaints, but tossing in Buster and Hydra would have been a fair tier bonus to me on this one.

Part of me wants to complain about how he ended up as an expensive Haslab figure but it makes sense and he's gorgeous. Since I'm already in for Victory Saber backing this one as well. I love seeing the actual bow mode on Tigerbreast and the throne is a nice sight as well. Both Victory projects really do look like Masterpieces at a smaller scale. Looking forward to seeing it in color.
Part of me also still wishes these things could get redecoes; never seen a Brave series but I can only imagine how awesome this would look in Red Geist colors (even if Red Geist was vastly different.)

I think that all of these HasLab projects are too expensive. There are some amazing 3P figures out there have better sculpting and details, nicer paint, and better features for the same or less money. I got Cang Toys Firmament last year for the same price and there's no just no way this Deathsaurus is going to come close to the quality of Firmament. Hasbro is a larger company with more resources at their disposal so it should be costing them less to produce a toy like this than it costs Cang.

For those of us who’ve gone without pulse premium, Deathsaurus here just presents us with the question of whether we want to pay $17 for shipping one order, or pay $50 but it lasts a year.

I will say this has me more tempted to go premium than the brief Cosmos restock, but this will still keep me musing for all of November :lol

I hope this doesn't have any problems reaching 17,000 backers.

There isn’t an Origins greyskull, that version is master verse.

Eternia did great in its first week-until the early bird cut off ended last Wednesday. It did a bit over 8,000 units at the time. It’s at 8193 right now. So basically has done about 100 total in 8 days after 8000 in the first 7.

And that’s the problem with an early bird. If you miss it, you feel like you are being penalized and it actively discourages you from wanting to back it. The Hiss tank is the only way it really works, everyone got the bonus, and so it just kept humming. But they did the exact same thing for Ghost Rider and it killed the whole project.

I'm torn on this. I love Victory and want a Deszarus figure. But I never wanted one that stands 11". That's too tall. It's practically MP scale.

With how fast that gauge is filling up I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it hits that by Halloween on Monday

Mine is actually about to expire. I WILL renew but not immediately. I will probably wait a while until I do. Maybe until the next Haslab I want to back. Certainly before the next Pulse con. Or if there are some exclusives I want to be sure not to miss.

It will possibly fund by then but it won’t hit 17,000 that fast.

My Premium expired in March and didn't expect to renew.

I only wanted Shattered Glass and exclusives (and can usually get all the mainline for less and quicker elsewhere), each time a pre-order went up, I just canceled my old pre-orders and adding the new stuff, lol.

I kept consolidating my pre-orders and I probably only paid less than 6.99 total for shipping so far for exclusives, lol.

It got a little stressful with all the stuff that came out around Hascon, and then today with Deathsaurus, seeing the $17 shipping, I just sucked it up and paid 50 for the membership, and glad I did when I went back and saw Crasher, Shadowstrip, Mindbender, and Minerva.

At least if you renew today, you will have it through 2023 Pulsecon and the 1027 2023 event. :p

So just to double check Crasher went up on pulse and already sold out but she still hasn't gone up for preorder on the official Walmart site yet right? Or did I miss out on that preorder too?

I was just reminiscing about Dino Riders the other day. Hands down one of the best toylines of the 80’s. I’d still pick up that T-Rex if I ever ran across it for a decent price.

I read this post and was thinking. ‘Huh. I have all of those in order except ShadowStrip.’ And for whatever reason I immediately decided to go order ShadowStrip, lol.

Dino Riders is a sleeping giant. It was one of the best 80s toy lines, hands down. But damn, how did it pass any safety test at the time, never mind now.

Dino Riders is owned by Mattel now, which bought Tycho, but they've never done anything with it. I'd say its a slam dunk for a toy and media revival, but the Jurassic World stuff seems to be shelf warming despite its seemingly pretty awesome quality and that might discourage it.

Still I don't know how in 2022 the idea of Dino Riders, or something very much like it, has never been seized upon at a large scale. It's a gold mine if done right.
