Maybe we should take the next haslab speculation to a different thread and keep this on Deathsaurus? Some seem to offended at people various hopes and speculation for a next haslab

Seeing the full-color Deathsaurus, that metallic paint is great and has a nice burnished retro/80’s feel. Seeing that, I’m not as sad that his thighs are grey anymore (versus blue); the metallics do a lot to break up all the grey.

Well, if spying on "ME" meant finally getting Voyager class Tarn next TF line then tell them to spy away...

I could use tons more IDW based TF figures and some more G1-nified PRIME (Arachnid and Soundwave) , Cyberverse (Wildwheel, Thunderhowl, etc.) and Animated characters (Oilslick, Slipstream, Strika, etc.) as well.

Just watched. I do wish the light blue was a LITTLE more blue which I hope it is on the final molding but otherwise he is perfect, stunning, amazing, impeccable, fantas....

Also they are looking to other characters but they didn't say victory was off the table. But I wouldn't count on it.

I'm so glad to finally see the chest without the breastmasters in color.

He is the perfect size. When victory saber is off the stand, they are eye to eye. Which to me couldn't be any better. Star saber can still outsmart and out maneuver deathsaurus, but combining with Victory Leo makes him eye to eye and more powerful. Combined with star Saber's skills, deathsaurus doesn't stand a chance.

Also I was right about the painted yellow parts being that yellow gold that the dinobots use, which I think is a perfect choice to replicate that chrome feeling across the figure without obviously having chrome everywhere. I hope they keep this choice going forward.

Otherwise I'm so excited to have both of these in hand, never have I been more anticipating of any other figure

Im OK with skipping Victory for the next Haslab considering we've had Victory Saber and Drathsaurus back to back. Maybe Liokaiser one day but for something for the 40th anniversary I had a couple of ideas.
Primus: Considering how Cybertron is the core of almost every Transformer setting it would feel fitting for a 40th anniversary project
Tidal Wave: I know we're getting some Armada love in Legacy Evolution but still if we are getting an Armada Megatron it would be fantastic to get Tidal Wave as a companion piece
The 13 Primes: Bit of an out there suggestion but outside of The Fallen I think the rest of these guys are a bit niche so it'd be great to see them all done at last. Then again maybe since they're all Primes they're kind of sage bets like Optinus is
Human Scaled Matrix: This is more of a niche one but I'm kind of surprised Hasbro has never done a role play matrix before. Granted I feel like given that the other Hasbro lines do roleplay items fairly often this feels like it doesn't need a haslab.

Super hype to see the robot mode turn out so well! And the chest beast gimmick push out from the back is a fantastic execution! The G1 has this gimmick spring loaded and I worry about the durability on mine.

Let's say goooo for those upcoming studio pics!

I’m gonna keep my request for the next Haslab real simple.

    Just take this toy:
    7F9A3361-0F01-4B10-9EFF-D54D19F6E4F9.png
Give it articulation comparable to this toy:
    CB95371F-2206-484B-B414-C2FE11E8660A.jpeg

And make it the size of this toy:
    30FD7734-C6C4-4CAF-9493-14D4A8A396AD.jpeg
That’s an easy $500 from me. Or my soul, whichever’s cheaper.

some recent g1 reissues had chrome that was practically unbreakable or should i say unflakable. Anyway i hope it’s that kind of chrome.

Also love how there is storage for the flail since that was the one accessory that didn’t seem easy to store at all.

Nice. Next do a large Unicron's Head Playset where the regular Transformers can walk around in his head.

Kind of relieved the next Haslab wont be Liokaiser. That means he has a chance at regular retail and will be easier to get a hold of... hopefully.

    Ebay:
DS looks amazing in proper color, and the vacmetal is just absolute perfection.

The next 40th anniversary Haslab should be something that gets EVERYONE emotional...

...a new wave of ACTION MASTERS that now included non-G1 characters. Something we can ALL get angry over ;)

Not sure how much easier something that's practically made to order can get, but fair enough. Retail means more affordable, but less budget so highly potentially a lesser quality figure

I think a box set of 80 bot bots, with 20 of them rereleases, will really get the blood going

Looks great, but I'm still on the fence.

For one thing, most fans are wrong: Victory was OKAY, not great. Of the three Japanese G1, I say Super God Masterforce is the best. And I'm still waiting for proper Jr. Headmaster toys! :mad

I can't believe people preorder on faith, based on gray prototypes!  Personally, I'd love to see a nice action scene with colored samples! :D

I mean... you literally put it in the hollow chicken head. I personally wouldn't call that storage...
