How long did it take Takara to open Japanese orders for Victory Saber? Just so we have something to compare.

 

They were supposed to open on September 28th and run about 2 weeks until the end of the campaign. Though for whatever reason the preorder page never went live until the very last day of the VS campaign so Japanese fans had literally one day to order it.

 

That's so effed up.  

 

They're definitely not making the same mistake they made with Victory Saber this time around

No reason to worry at the moment. There are a lot of markets with preorders open that are not accounted for in the current total, including the newly opened Takara preorders.

Well the day predicted over a week ago finally came to be. Without the benefit of domestic affiliates boosting the numbers, Haslab's newist album "Deathsaurus" finally fell behind the spins of the group's previous hit release "Let's Say Go!." At the time of taping, the project has charted 6070 plays, most of which--as frequent listeners will know--came in the first few days of its drop. Indeed additions have been particularly stagnant over the last 96 hours. It is hoped that new images of the re-release "Let's Say Go!: Fresh off the Truck" will inspire renewed interest in "Deathsaurus" and desire to have it as a companion piece. Studio rumors also suggest that audiences should be getting a glimpse over the next week of Haslab's "Deathsaurus" recording sessions, which will bring to light important details and nuances of the project's composition. This promised addition should light some fires and lighten some extra wallets. On the international scene, orders have not yet been revealed; however, "Deathsaurus" has reached the land of the Rising Sun and can now be found in rotation of our sister station WTTM. Haslab has high hopes that it will find a strong footing in Japan as they claim the album draws heavily upon regional influences, with at least one band member maintaining that a local artist was even instrumental in its creation. At this point any little boost or news will likely be beneficial. Getting people talking and hyped for the release is the name of the game and if you can't see that, then you aren't Translucent!
