How many of you guys, and gals, have ordered from this site? My biggest question is what shape the figures come in. Are the boxes all beat to crap or covered in stickers or anything?

hasbrotoyshop packs their items very well.

The damage on any package was done from the factory to hasbro, not from hasbro to your home.

I got Cyb Def Scattorshot a few weeks back. The box had a couple of small dents in it, but the shipping box was mint. The damage was done prior to packaging. Ive also ordered two reissue astrotrains and a ton of LOC figures and all arrived in great condition.

I've ordered from them twice; two Alternators and two Cybertron Megas. The figures arrived in excellent condition, although the front windows were caved in on the Cybertron Mega boxes. However, that seems to be a problem with getting Cybertron figures shipped from anywhere (I've seen it with Amazon, Wal-Mart.com, BBTS, stuckakid, etc). I'm really impressed with Hasbrotoyshop's service and would gladly order from them again.

I only got Reissue Astrotrain from them, and it arrived in 5 days, packed with an abundance of air-filled plastic 'pillows' and the toy and box were in pristine condition.

Feh! Order at your own risk, I say. Not a problem at all if you plan to open stuff and/or don't care about the box. I've ordered several times and easily half of them arrived banged to shit.

Astrotrain thankfully arrived just fine. As did the GIJoe Rhino, though, like Astrotrain, that was the only thing in the box.
If you order a bunch of stuff at once, expect to be annoyed. The first time I ordered GIJoe DTC stuff, the figure cases inside were quite literally crushed. I sent some stuff back it was so bad. Comic packs and extra individual figures were just tossed into the box and most ended up bent by heavier items in the box. Later orders didn't improve much with regard to anything that comes on a card. I don't think any boxed stuff has arrived damaged though...it's too busy banging up the carded/smaller items b/c they don't pack 'em very well. IMO.

I ordered 2 Astrotrains plus a LoC Starscream. All came VERY well packed. Thick carboard box, bags of air. I think there was even a piece of tissue between the 2 Astrotrain boxes to limit their rubbing. It was free shipping as well, which was even more impressive.

Omnibus has a point tho, I'd be wary of different shapes and sizes in one box. I just got an order of the Train Micromasters from KBtoys.com and I padded the order with 2 other things. Let's just say I'm glad I wasn't planning on keeping everything MISB. It was the most bizzare box I've ever received. Very tall and very skinny. Everything was just sliding up and down inside the box, no stabilizing padding whatsoever.

The only shipping I trust is BBTS's. I've never had a problem. The box is always well labeled as fragile. TFsource is decent as well. JRs Toyworld had decent prices but terrible packing. Don't ever expect anything to arrive 100% minty from them, which is a shame :(

BBTS is the bar by which everybody else is measured as far as I'm concerned. Five years or so and god knows how many orders, I've had exactly one thing arrive damaged. Not only did Joel and crew pop a replacement in by basket, shipping included, they more than reimbursed me the cost of shipping the damaged one back.

HTS, to their credit, does include a PPD return sticker if you have a problem with some/all of your order and want to send it back. But you'll just have to roll the dice again if you order a replacement and hope that one arrives satisfactorily.

Of note..I ordered GIJoe DTC wave 3 from BBTS over HTS based on experience with the first two waves.

I ordered my Dark Crumplezone from HTS, it got here just fine. Can't say I've had problems from anywhere else though, I guess I'm lucky.

I've only ordered one thing from them, Alternators Wheeljack, and he arrived in perfect condition. I would order again from them.

i ordered reissue astrotrain and rollbar and ricochet from them....astrotrian arrived fine, however the two alts bubbles were smooshed in. The popped back out, however they now have those little creases in the plastic where you can tell they were bent in.

The shipping is always fast once it leaves them, however I find their processing time between when you place an order to the time it gets shipped is a little long. I ordered the alternators on a wednsday and they did not ship until the next tuesday. Similar with astro train.

I will still order from them...especially if they have something that i can not find in a store.
