I know a lot of people are sick of the repaints but I actually really dig Combiner Wars and Im stoked for Bruticus and I was NOT expecting the crazy Sky Lynx combiner but its too neat for me to pass up. My wallet is already yelling at me lol. That Galvatron is just insane! Idk what they're up to with this line but keep them coming!

Oh Hasbro, the reveals all look great and fun but booooo for making toys of characters I already have - Galvatron and Blaster (Unique Toys), Skullcruncher and Hardhead (Toyworld)!!! :)

Looking forward to more reveals, holding off preorders for new 3rd parties until after the show!

How much more will they reveal though... I can't see them revealing much being somewhat close to the toy fairs in winter?

A voyager rodimus prime to fight galvy would be amazing

This may seem crazy but with the shape of skullcrunchers chest and the fact the cavity for the headmaster to ride in is behind that section gives me the idea that he could be remolded to have a cw port and head assembly. If this was true of the other con headmasters it wouldn't be hard to get abominus limbs out of them.

    Skullcruncher- rippersnapper
    Weirdwolf- sinnertwin
    Mindwipe- cutthroat
    apeface- blot?

I wish they would do this; the only thing I love more than Headmasters and Combiners would be a Combiner made of five Headmasters. Go full-on Panosh Place Voltron, where the pilots can drive the Combiner.

8PM In NY so around 1am in the UK (GMT)

That would be a cool premise although I would reckon the most likeley possibility of this happening is as a unite warriors release and with just regular CW heads. Possibly like this....

I don't think the center of Skullcruncher's chest is a separate piece.

It looks like the whole front of his chest is one solid piece and the middle is just sculpted and painted like that because that's what Skullcruncher's chest looks like.

Looks very similiar in shape to the cw dead end molds to me. The hole probably indicates it has a clip that grips on to a mushroom peg and I would expect the back of the knees to form the forearm much like the aerialbots.

If it isn't going to be remolded to be CW compatible it definitely has design cues from the line such as the slats and ridges on the inner leg to help it peg together much like the aerialbots used.

I agree with you there and I'm not suggesting it is. What I'm getting at is that partly due to its shape the chest piece could be easily replaced with one that did have a gap for a cw head/port assembly to fit that space and the space behind the port currently used for the headmaster cavity in alt mode would also facilitate this.

Hasbro could just mold an entire new chest piece as a replacement that would accommodate a CW ratchet. Given how extensively they've remolded deluxes in the past (Arm. Starscream into Jiaxus, Breakdown into Wheeljack with the correct windshield, Generations Chromia from Prime Arcee, even FOC Jazz into FOC Sideswipe), I don't think it's out of the question. The cost of a high-strength ratchet would replace the cost of the separately molded headmaster, which I guess would in turn be replaced by some head assembly similar to CW Dragstrip.

So did the FoC one. Unless you mean that of a removable helmet/visor.

I'm guessing part of it comes from needing a few "names" to draw attention to the line. So Nightbeat and Terri-bull (would be interesting to know the story here), plus "Loudmouth" replacing Siren (assuming they lost the trademark). Then you've got Crashbash, who may be Squeezeplay?

One thing I'm going to predict, which may seem kind of random: Galvatron retooled into Snapdragon.

The jet mode is there, as is a bot mode. And if you turn the cannon mode around and bulk up the tripod suddenly you've got the beginnings of a bipedal dinosaur.

Blasters base mode I've seen that before - PowerMaster Optimus Prime.

Hasn't his name been recently announced? Can you retool a boom box into/from a Trailer?
