looks like all the talent went from the mp line to the generations line. i didn't think they could outdo cw but these looks amazing.

wow, look at those hideous forearms.. my goodness, how can they be proud of something like that? and galvatron's cannon is entirely too large.

blaster is entirely too large, it just doesn't make sense to me.

looks like stuff is just getting cheaper and cheaper.

man, if these designs were executed with some quality, these figures would be great.. i mean, the designs themselves look really cool, but once you see all of the hollow parts it's just throws everything off and makes these things look like cheap knock off's.

It looks like the Headmasters mostly form the face, with a "helmet" already attached to the figure.

I'm liking what I'm seeing (Rewind and Galvatron especially)

Getting a better look at him, Galvatron looks kinda bad.

I want to like Blaster but he's too blocky. If his base mode was specialized for his job, that could've sold me on him but it's not.

Rewind is perfection. I like how he basically turns into his data slug form but with a turret. Gonna-be-Ravage looks dreadful.

Still feeling mixed on Hardhead and still wanting Skullcruncher more than I expected.

I had to cover my mouth to suppress my cries of joy when I saw how many Warriror 'Cons there are in the RID display. Fracture looks fantastic. Thunderhoof is meh but at least his antlers don't cheat. I'm not certain Quillfire has any quills to fire but I was never that interested in him anyway.

Really digging how every Generations toy has some level of compatibility with other ones, between the headmaster gimmick and little vehicles to ride in. Not the most dynamic looking toys ever, but they seem fun as heck! As for the RID stuff, Fracture and Quillfire look amazing, and I'm pretty sure that Strongarm repaint is the Legion Ratchet we heard about. But Thunderhoof... man, he doesn't look bad, but that blocky chest and the lack of angles in the horns is a bit of a letdown. Also surprised at the number of mediocre Bumblebee repaints in this line... after Prime and AOE I thought they seemed to be calming down.

Also Rewind- there better be a Chromedome to go along with him :lol

Blaster is the size of Soundwave......so him being Leader Class is great! Soundwave is almost as tall as Megatron, so Voyager size would have been awful. I'm just glad I have Igear Prime because that Voyager Scale Prime and Orion are just to short.

Galvatron's arms appear to be mistransformed.

Blaster being a Leader class was necessary for the cassette gimmick to work with Legends class cassettes and not compromise the figure.

And I see almost nothing hollow on Hardhead and Skullcruncher, and minimal hollowness on Blaster. Galvatron's arms are hollow, yes, but that's about the only complaint-worthy hollowness I see in this whole set of images.

That Galvatron looks to be one of the best figures to come out in a while. Love the fact that he finally has cannon mode. I'll definitely be getting that at some point.

The updated Headmasters look fantastic too.

Not a fan of the Blaster.

What line are these figures going to be under? Generations? Combiner Wars?

From the back, Skullcruncher does look fairly hollow, though the legs at least are likely the result of the transformation.

So may be jumping the gun considering time of posting, but I'm noticing this leaves the Deluxe price-point open; Should I expect some Headmaster Jr pics to start popping up or even some powermaster / breastmaster combiner limbs?

Oh yes I was planning on getting Swamper on payday but now Hasbro gives us this. Well happy to be getting a new official Skullcruncher.

that's assuming that oversized megatron is the megatron in your collection.. considering the prime they've given us is a voyager, blaster being much larger than prime is pretty stupid.

whoever is choosing the size classes for these figures has no idea what they're doing.

.. and whoever is continuing to make these figures look cheaper and cheaper really ONLY cares about money, not giving us a quality product.

all of those hollow forearms are pathetic.. it's unbelievable.

as much as i like some of these designs, the sizes have been WAY off, so, it's hard for me to support such an idiotic way to produce a toy line. it's a shame, i'm sure plenty of people are going to buy all of these and hasbro is just continue their trend of 'ooh, they're actually going to buy these.. at that price?'

i just feel like they're going to continue to raise the prices and make these figures even cheaper, they're going to go as close to the edge as they possibly can.

    for me, that's unacceptable.

i still wish we had a decent collectors line.. but it looks like that'll never happen.

My big question, do these headmasters interact with the previously released Brainstorm?
