We probably won't see them till closer to toy Fair next year. Definitely at Toy Fair. Chances of them coming this year just went from maybe to probably not. but yup, they'll probably be the front runners for 2011.

 

It's not like they're not releasing them. They'll be out eventually.

I was more mad when I found out 70% of the Animated stuff they showed at SDCC 2009 wasn't going to get released.

It's a good thing I don't give two craps about Generations, or I'd actually be a little mad!  

 

As disappointing as that was, at least I got to be disappointed from the comfort of home, rather than travelling miles to be disappointed.

Yeah, the one good thing about this is the inevitable hilarity to come. Still though, this is gonna leave the fandom with a serious case of blue balls for quite awhile.

 

Seems kinda dumb that most of not all of the PCCs have the double missle/drill guy for an arm. These so far are a big fail for me from Hasbro. They had so much potential, but I might buy them when they are warming clearance shelves.

Yep, that was quite a let-down. Yes, Hasbro doesn't owe me anything, I know that. But damn, that was basically a powerpoint of stock images of things sitting in the display cases. You can see where the disappointment comes from, especially after the tidal wave of cool shit announced at Botcon. Oh well, as long as the Prime panel isn't just an hour of that Bumblebee promo photoshopped onto different backgrounds, it'll be much better.  

 

  was hoping to get a glimpse of Tracks...or that Skullgrin head...or Jazz... wanna see how feasible it is to rework one into Ricochet with Cyclonus' targetmaster...guess I need to wait longer for planning....

 

Oh so that's how it's going to be, if you want to see new stuff then pay through the nose to go to botcon. I'll just have to continue to miss out then.

Maybe there would be much less nerd/fanboy/whateverrage if their previous SDCC panels hadn't already set the expectation.

Well, that sucks. The only peice of REAL new news that they even gave was that the green Devestator would be a TRU exclusive, which is just BAD news because my TRU always jacks up the prices of their exclusives (Hell, I think mine still has the Cybertron Jetfire and Wing Saber repaints, haven't been there in forever).

At least I still have that damn Drift figure to track down to take up my time. And the PCC's.
