Boulder could be a good place but i prefer a company would make a better animation style.
Okay. However, I'll hold my enthusiasm for individual projects. Hasbro doesn't make the greatest movies. Most of them range from decent to sucky. I've only ever liked 4, and of those 4, there are only 2 I've watched multiple times.
If the current Sentai isn't a better seller than the last few failures, then they are considering ending Sentai for awhile. That lack of source material would only further increase the cost of the live action PR shows.
I think that they would definitely like to adapt the Boom Studios comics. I'd love a show as good as Go Go Power Rangers. Also, JSF has been very vocal about wanting to play bad guy Tommy in anything. I think everyone wants to see this too. Fans and Hasbro.

Good to hear this out in the open it's been kinda an open secrete for a few months. One of my team mates was a former Harmony rigger at Boulder (2d animation software for puppet animation, MLP is made using it) the last few months I've been told staff have been moving around to other companies and projects are getting shelved in favour of this.
I'm personally hopeful. It could mean a series of well thought out high value cartoons put onto streaming services and/or films like Teen Titans Go etc that go into cinemas.
The reason why is Toei the company that owns Super Sentai which Power Rangers uses footage from, will not let there be anything animated about Power Rangers.
Hopefully they will have to (and be able to) invest in quality in order to establish themselves in the animation world. It's also great that their storytelling won't have to be compromised by big studio suits with no personal investment in it. So this can probably only be good news. I wish them the best!
Hasbro trying to become Disney, first with HasCon, there a Water Park, and now an Animated Studio.
I can't imagine a scenario where Toei turns down Disney, but decides to put their faith in Boulder Media.
They've stated that they want to be an IP company more than a toy company, which makes some sense. Who wouldn't want to be the next Nintendo/Disney?
They wanna make a park? That's a new one on me. Well I suppose they could, as long as they got competent people for it. Though I suspect it would probably be on par with Lego Land, (I've never been there) and I doubt it would ever be able to compete with the big names like, Disneyland, Universal, Magic Mountain and Knotts.
What all would they have in it? That'd be fun to speculate. A G.I. Joe laser tag area, an MLP carousel, a Transformers dark ride where you get your choice of an autobot or decepticon adventure like Indiana Jones, seeker plane rides and a bunch of themed kiddy coasters and carny attractions.
Just for the record I'd so ride an Astrotrain themed train around the park.
Transformers wasn’t really mentioned with the water park deal. I think Transformers might be tied up with Universal Studios.
I would personally love to see 75 minute animated adaptations of some comic storylines for both Transformers and Power Rangers, kinda like what DC is doing. I doubt that would ever happen, though.
I hope they take it slow and steady. Being too overambitious is dangerous for a company. Water parks and animation studios are not small things.

I'd watch The Super Awesome Adventures of Windblade.
If it has Magnus Prime, I'm in.

They are taking it slow. Dunno about how theyv'e handled the Water Park but the Boulder animation studio was bought like 4 years ago and they've been slowly incrementating it with investments across the last few years.
