Kickback and Lift-Ticket (parking enforcer?) are the two that have caught my interest. But what I'm impressed with these two is that they have the look of a G1 toy, with added articulation but no diecast (don't really expect them to add any). I'm wondering whether $33 Cdn is worth the price even though the truck would be a better deal as it's a bit bigger in size, but what scale does it fit with, the Generations line? I thought I saw a blue Trailbreaker being teased a while back, and he might be worth acquiring as well. Since both of these rare color schemes are from the early Diaclone line, it would be nice to get some variety mixed in with the G1 cast. They could be, a seperate Cybertronian team that arrived on another location on Earth? Now that would be an interesting spin-off!

I'm also fairly certain Sentinel and Razor Crest were run overlapped.

 

They always seem to run a few of these projects with some overlap. So far it hasn't affected their ability to get funded. One thing you can say about collectors is that if they want something bad enough they'll find a way to budget for it.

 

Eh I’m not saying they won’t get funded. I’m just saying I understand why some may be worried. Personally I don’t collect GI Joe, Star Wars, or Ghostbusters so I’ve no skin in the game. And at least for Victory Saber and Galactus there was a monthish in between which meant a pay cheque. And no Sentinel and Razor Crest had no overlap. There was a month in between Sentinel ending and Razor Crest starting.

 

Well he does look cool and I am definitely getting this figure. 
Also an interesting fact about Lift-Ticket: He was a mech built in the Diaclone project to combat the Waruder invasion and was owned by a man named Cline. The mech suffered heavy damage during a battle however but Cline escaped unharmed.

So I see Lift-Ticket is still in stock, guessing yesterday's weird out of stock status was just due to the switch between Premium and regular preorders.

Sure thing, but a repaint is a pretty boring thing to be excited for. It's something anyone could have done for themselves if they wanted to by repainting Hoist. Unlike say, a brand new combiner?

Diaclone had a STORY??? Where? Last I checked there was no cartoon or comics. They had bios on the toy boxes?

We were born into higher prices, molded by them. You have to be smarter than the smarties and tougher than the toughies to be a Transformers fan outside of US and select few Asian countries.

 

Something good is all the red plastic and paints seem to color match up decently at least

 

Hasbro doing a hell of a job with the magic wand tool on that promo image.

 

Fun Publications released redecos of Thrilling 30 Hoist and Skids as "Lift-Ticket" and "Burn Out" at BotCon 2015, and declared them to be Diaclone mechs who crossed from the Diaclone universe into the Transformers universe.

Clearly the intern was hungry and decided that weapon looks very yummy.

I think I'm passing on this one. I'm getting increasingly annoyed with the forearm gaps and thigh gaps. It makes the whole thing look like a cheap toy rather than a $22 adult collectible. I realize Hasbro is trying to cut costs/boost profits, but really how much would it cost them to cover those gaps with a little more plastic?
