Is Michael Bay designing toys for the other lines now? Jeez that thing is a mess.

I have to say thanks to everyone who commented. After watching the video I KNEW I had to go in to get a laugh and it was better than I hoped! The comments to this just made my day.

Why did he call the Batteries Demo Batteries?

I'll probably buy this for a display, but he is on the end of my to buy list; There are Kre-Ons and FOC things first.

After watching the video, I had to seek this out in person, and found it today. I thought the video was goofy, but the package with the cardboard cutout of Optimus riding inside of it is even worse. I don't see parents even being conned into this one.

Also saw the $30 Prime and BB (can't keep track of names of lines anymore). As much as I want to be a deluxe+ completionist on this line, I don't see how I am going to be paying full price for those things. Was dead set on grabbing one of them today, but just couldn't do it.

If you buy it I firmly believe you will help convice Hasbo that there is a market for more Baseformers. Maybe they will make a new Metroplex, hopefully an FOC version, if the get a good response.

Personally, I don't think its quite that bad, but its definetly not all that. But this is the first non-movie big bot, in how long?

Join the Club :)  I picked him up over the weekend, and I am really hoping for future 3rd party upgrade for him.

Yup, and I can see the brand slowly devolving back into this. I guess that is a good thing if you liked it though.

I am surprised he could string out all of that name, without loosing it.

Not a purchase for me. I had high hopes for baseformers coming back, but this extinguished that.

I have one, he's not bad. Not great, but not bad, definitely you need other Cyberverse figures to flesh him out.

Having said that the advert has to be a fake, I can't see anybody making an advert that bad unless it was deliberate.

The only reason this excites me is because it opens the door to Cityformers such as FoC Metroplex. Let's hope the kiddies eat this up so the fans can get the good stuff :p

I call him Optimus Pinata. Because I like to fill him full of Bumblebee Cyberverse figures and then beat him like one.

I think they need Ben Stein to do all their product demo reels. Yay.
