Kickass.   I love this RL Hall of Fame, there are a LOT of people to thank for the franchise we love.

 

Patting people on the back for doing their job and collecting a paycheck... Where's the "My Little Pony" hall of fame?

 

Nice, at least the Hall of Fame isn't just about the characters, but the people who helped make some of those characters famous.

I hope they can eventually add Chris Latta, even though he's dead (there's a word for this, can't remember what it is right now). After all, it was he who gave Starscream one of his more infamous traits: his high-pitched voice.

This. For all the pointless bickering about the characters who were inducted, that's all just a fun little side-thing (or supposed to be, anyways.) Celebrating the people who brought the brand to life is infinitely more cool to me.

Did Scott get an award? Technically he wasn't inducted, otherwise I'd think Welker and Gilvezan would've been there too.

 

does anyone have the video from JUST THE TRANSFORMERS being inducted??? the tribute video i mean. Had bumblee's "your the best around music" starscreams "highway to the danger zone" video, megatrons "seek and destroy" by metallica and primes "what ive done" anyone have it PM ME. loved that video!

 

I looked around yesterday and could'nt find it but i want to see it again, cause oh yeah bizniches i was there, it was awesome other than..... well all us closed minded G1 fans know what i'm talking about  

 

All I got to say is the award show was epic! the food the video the sound the crowd going crazy for the hall of fame videos and then the massive applause that Peter got for when he came up was something to remember I'm so glad I made it this year for this once in a life time event

was a pretty cool dinner and seeing peter cullen getting this award was nice. for those who attended got this nice foil card for the inaugural year. really nice!

 

Welker and Furman better make it next year.

"I know what you're talking about." Seriously over Soundwave or Jazz? But aside from that, the chicken and iced tea was excellent.   Was happy to "be there" for the first hall of fame.

Congrats to all of the HOF inductees......Mr. Cullen is a A++ class individual and it was my pleasure to meet him in person back in 2005 at a Transformers convention in NYC!! He made this old Marine feel like a star for a few minites at that convention and I will never forget that.......NEVER!!! SEMPER FI MR. CULLEN!!!!!
