Can't believe I thought this was fake...hey, at least I was right about which mold would be used! Still shocked anyone thought it would be the old version.

When you put both versions of the starscream masterpiece mold side by side do they work well or are they too different?

So I assume he'll be $60/$70 USD? Can't wait to get him...shame it's not coming until October though.

Yeah. The only option for us to get this domestically is if TRU are importing it not through Hasbro UK.... which is likely given how crap Hasbro UK actually are. MP's are surprisingly one of the very few things that we are not bad at getting over here, but it's not like UK fans are unfamiliar with importing.

Is really a joke of the day when they mentioned it is being cancelled.

Hasbro UK said that they were not covering it. Maybe it will come to the UK via TRU and Hasbro US, but no cancellation was mentioned for the US.

With MP11 in the middle of MP06 and 07 it looks very good ( see sig for pics ), may look at little lob sided with Hasbro SS and SW, but it will still look good IMO and that's probably how I'll display him.

    Indeed :)

Not surprised, however, that it's the new mold as most people with any basic common sense suspected all along (assuming the actual release turned out to be true). Still can't believe anyone ever actually believed, let alone "knew", it would be the old mold.

Biggest issue would be head size.

Pic of my mp seekers. Hasbro SW, MP11, & Igear TC. If I get hasbro's new TC, I have a feeling SW will look very out of place. I may just keep them the way it is.

There's only minimal difference in head size to my eye side by side, and looking at them all together it's not really that noticeable.

The wing tips and lower legs are obviously the most jarring difference when lined up, but it's only an issue if you want it to be. He'll be lined up with Whitescream and Clearancewarp on their own shelf and will look pretty damn good IMO, wing tips and chunky shins or not!

I may even get two just to swap a head with MP11 as I prefer this silver colouration, and an extra flight stand is always a bonus!

Not sure if the UK cancellation thread is the appropriate place for discussion but...

MP Thundercracker is listed in TRU computers at $69.99.
