I'm surprised they did not change his black to brown and his white to orange. They did not find a way to screw this one up. Amazing!

Well done Hasbro, just take the TT product and release it as is without putting your own spin on it... that wasn't so hard was it? Assuming the website doesn't screw me, will totally get one for the office.

After the Sunstorm/Thundercracker confusion, I'm kinda surprised the Grimlock re-release didn't come with googly eyes.

I don't have a problem with the kid playing with the MP, really I think it's appropriate to say this toy is geared towards say 13 and up.

Although given Hasbro's opinions of what children want, this may be the only child in America that they think will want to have/play with an MP level toy.

Are you kidding, have you seen some of the morbidly obese children running around these days?

Though knowing this fanbase, Hasbro could advertise a domestic MP for a reasonable price using Lardo McButterBurger the 350 pound 7th grader and they'd be more concerned that the butt flap bumper is the wrong shade of red.

I'm really starting to hate this spoiled kid and the smug little look on his face. Gonna probably try to get two Prowls if possible.

I guess there's a possibility that Hasbro might include a sticker sheet, but I never figured there would be any differences this time between Takara and Hasbro. Licensed cars and whatnot.

The hell are you talking about? Hasbro Soundwave is ten times the figure the Takara version was. (at a fifth of the cost)

That's just the thing - Toys R Us is so out of touch, they likely don't realize that adult collectors are the target demographic.

I have the Takara Prowl, so I have no need of this - but it looks JUST like the Takara one, and that's a fantastic figure, so I'm super happy for the people who are going to get to experience MP Prowl for the first time. I do like Takara's packaging for the MP cars better than Hasbro's current MP packaging (which I DO like, just not as much), so I have the one I prefer based solely on packaging.

I hope this figure turns out just as good.

    US Masterpiece Prowl Release!

Count me IN! The hunt begins, I love these US releases of Masterpiece figs! This is one I won't have to buy at Botcon 2014 now.

I think toys r us walmart and all the other companies would be better served just showing off the figure like they did in the 80's and leave the kids out of it. That way it appeals to all ranges of humanity interested in it

Nice! First Hasbro MP I've seen in a while looks looks indistinguishable from the TAK version. I'll wait for the reviews to come in, but this might become just the second HAS release I've ever bought.
