Hasbro on Twitter
Bumblebee: in esclusiva le prime immagini
Wow 3 in a row back to back to back what is going on its like Hasbro can't wait to show people what's coming soon.
Wonder if this part of the partnership they referenced in the quarterly statements.
20th Century Fox is now owned by Disney.
I quite like how they're 'drip feeding' the reveals rather than a ton load at one time, and how they're giving opportunities outside the US for fans to see new products first.
Don't get me wrong I do like that near the end of the year we don't have the not normal dry spell and I'm not complaining but still its like abnormal for them.
I'm thinking that maybe they've seen it as a way of keeping the audience engaged more consistently (not that the fandom ever becomes disengaged), or just to avoid an overwhelming deluge of reveals, especially now there are four simultaneous main lines.
I would also throw in a possible way to combat leaks before they reveal things but regardless I agree with you its probably a way to keep the audience interested.
I'm gonna miss Fox more than TRU, they literally owned a HUGE part of my childhood from X-MEN to Ice Age to Family Guy and so much more. Now i feel Disney's gonna take em and ruin everything my childhood tied to like they've already done with Star Wars which was also Foxs property.
PlayStation along with Transformers is all i got left.
People (especially those ungrateful A-hole Marvel fans) Will never appreciate the amount of good influences they've had in cinematic history.
Fox was hands off with star wars. Episode 4 was the only thing they had distro rights on. Most of what's current star wars would have been the same under Lucas, not much has actually changed in who handles what. Clone Wars with Anakin's apprentice was already foreshadowing what episodes 7-9 were going to be. The only thing actively changed on star wars was more open directors were hired. Which Lucas himself had stated after years of the fandoms calling him names, he likely would have done too. In fact, that's why he was open to selling it, because he was tired of the mistreatment(literally was quoted as such).
X-Men cartoon was more handled by marvel. Same people who handle the toons now mostly. Same people that handle the MCU.
Even with ownership changing hands, not much has actually changed at any of the places you mentioned. The same people that handle those still handle them. The only thing different is who signs the paychecks.
Hasbro and Sony Computer entertainment tend to lean on the same things you're complaining about. In fact, Uncharted came out of that. Because it was noticed there was no video game male tomb raider in the market and Pitfall wasn't a good one to bring back, and indiana jones didn't really turn into a good gaming license outside of Lego. Uncharted literally came out of "diversity in gaming" because of looking for open niches on a checklist.
So not sure how "Disney ruined" anything at all. All they've been doing is signing paychecks to the people that make the properties the successes they bought to keep making money on them.
Fox itself never "made" anything. Various producers and directors did. The company cashed in on talent. The talent is still making the properties. "Fox" wasn't who made anything, only signed the checks to have it made or get it out to the public via distro and outlets.
not yet,but on January 1st it will be
Any chance of new toy reveals?
I might be missing something here, but since when is TCF releasing a Transformers movie in Italy? Actually, what does Fox have to do with anything Transformers related?
Lucca comic has been the longest standing, probably most important (even compared to unrecurring cons in Rome) comic related event in italy for the last 40 years.
Why exactly were the fans attacking Lucas again? There's no way in hell the prequels were THAT bad compared to some of the Disney sequels let alone let alone to the point where he deserved all the verbal harassments
Can't argue with that, however it's gonna be extremely hard for me to get use to this MCU reset of X-MEN. Much like how 80% this fanbase are G1 loyalist that don't like BW or Bayformers because that's not the Transformers they grew up with and "my childhood is raped"; that's how i feel about Tom Hollands Spiderman to the Raimi trilogy and this.
Uncharted was one of my first exposures to PS3 and Most of those other titles i never even heard of before so Sony's still good in my books.
Lucca Comics & Games on Instagram: “Mercoledì 31 ottobre, alle 16:00 in Sala Ingellis, accorrete numerosi al panel con imperdibili anteprime sui vostri eroi preferiti: @hasbro…”
I can't read that. But I assume it's saying Hasbro panel tomorrow at 4pm Italy time.
That's pretty close to what I understand from what little Latin I know
Disney isn't getting Family Guy or any other Fox tv show.
If only I could tell if it said movie line, reveals, or movie line reveals.
Might be reveals in General but sense the bumblebee movie is part of the main focus I wouldn't rule out Movieverse reveals.
