Has anyone else noticed there are two sites, www.terrytfsclub.com and www.terrytfsclubs.com ?

Is one of these a duplicate phishing site?

 

He had issues with his main site or was having work done on it, and he had it mirrored to the second site for people to order from while the main site was down.

I would just stick to the main one though

 

Anyone try to contact TerrysTFC and get a response recently? I’ve been trying for months to find out about a figure that was missing from an order I received in August (preorder when I placed the order but has been in stock for over a month now) and I just received a NA SG Grimlock instead of the NA SG Jetfire that I actually ordered. Just wondering if I’m wasting my time waiting for a response or if I should just dispute the charges with PayPal and take my business elsewhere.

 

I'm in a similar situation now. After Terry originally shorted me an MS Ironhide figure I paid for in my previous order, and ignored a lot of my messages, he eventually did send me the Ironhide figure. Thus, even though I previously said on this forum I wouldn't do business with Terry again, I decided to take a chance and place another order a few weeks ago. Well, that was a mistake. Instead of the Newage Tyr figure I paid for, he sent me another MS Mirage (something I already bought in my previous order). I sent a message, but I have a feeling I'm in for another frustrating round of ignored messages spread out over several weeks while I try to get this fixed. I'm thinking I need to just go straight to PayPal this time.

 

2 months without a reply. The most frustrating part is that I see people with newer issues getting responses from him, so it just feels like he's giving me the finger. I've messaged him on his site and through facebook multiple times, but nothing.

I absolutely would. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited too long and now I can't get my money back through paypal and I'm stuck groveling for figure I paid for 8 months ago.


Edit: Terry finally got me taken care of.

 

Have Parkour on preorder through him. First time preordering. Is it normal for him to get stuff in this late after everyone else? I tried messaging on FB but no response. Should I just buy it elsewhere and eat the deposit cost?

 

I still need to but you can pay it off on Terrys, so he should get it soon.

 

I've never had a problem with the 10 orders I've received so far. Have some preorders left and hope everything goes smoothly.
