All the ROTF Leaders so far, mainly. Optimus will surely get a repaint, not so sure on Megatron, even less sure about Jetfire (although a G1-ish repaint of him as a Decepticon with a G1 head would rock!)
Just to clarify your list, Armada Megatron was an Ultra Class toy not Leader Class (or Super as they called it back then)
That toy is an exception, I believe. It sucks so much that Hasbro would have lost money making it again. Although I did not know a Nemesis Prime like version was considered. Ah well, at least I've still got a WIP Energon Nemmy in my basement.

It was less Nemesis Prime like and more like Santa Clause. No, really. It made Prime look like Santa with the main body being a really deep red and the drone limbs being black. There was, however, a second repaint of Leader Megatron in black, red and green, I believe, that was going to be released alongside this version of Prime as well (I believe they were intended to be TRU exclusives... perhaps under the Universe banner instead of Energon), but they were canceled along with a lot of different planned exclusives at the time (such as the Universe Seacons and Universe Astrotrain) due to, what appeared to be, over saturation of the market back then. I'll see if I can find some pics of those to repaints... EDIT: Found some... looks like someone had some in their photobucket linked to a page on TFArchive. Anyways, here's the links (also, I was wrong about the color scheme for the Megatron... it was apparently black and green with no red in it to go along with the Energon Unicron repaint): Unreleased Super Class Megatron Exclusive Unreleased Super Class Optimus Prime Exclusive According to the info at TFArchive they were actually going to be exclusive to Target under the Energon banner and Prime would have come with a WST Prime and Megatron would have come with a WST Soundwave (which would have been this line's first release outside of Japan). Shame the WST's never got a US release because of this though. Also, these aren't my pics... as I stated they're from a photobucket account that was linked to the TFArchives page... so if anyone knows who's account this is give them props for the pics.
