    Dear Forum,

    Has anyone hear dealt with toyarena before? www.toyarena.com. He is known as liqdeal on ebay. I just made a large order from them and I was wondering if they are reliable. I know I should have done this before I placed the order but ah well?

    I just got my henkei prime and henkei red alert today via USPS. I will check the mail and let you know how the packaging went.


    Update 05/09/09- Whoops sorry for the late update. They wrapped Henkei Prime and Red Alert in bubble wrap and then loaded the box with packing peanuts. The items came in good condition! Thumbs up!

    I just received 2 Disney Labels from them. Packaging looked fine but each box had a slight wrinkle in one corner.

    I've dealt with them a few times, never had a problem. Actually with the exception of BBTS they are one of my favorites to deal with.

    EDIT: @brr-icy I don't think Kingplay is... ummm... a member here anymore.

    Bought my MP-06 Skywarp MISB from them. Had an issue where one of the small plastic pop-off parts that fit on the front of each of the engine intakes was completely missing. The box was MISB so it had to have happened at the factory. Because I live in Australia, the time and expense of sending the box back and getting a new one sent out was impractical so ToyArena opened another Skywarp, removed the missing part and sent it to me in the mail! I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

    I've loved dealing with Toy Arena; I've ordered stuff from them several times and they've been great. Anytime I've had an issue I've received quick responses and things were nipped in the bud quickly. I like them and plan on picking up a couple things from them in the future.
