i'm just curious if that news story from awhile ago was a fluke or if anyone's found it. i really liked the darker version better, and i've passed on the lighter version several times in hopes of finding it. but i probably will give in if the brown one is that much of a rarity.

also does anyone think we'll be seeing leader class starscream at botcon this weekend? i've been holding off on getting the voyager until i see it. (i tend to buy only one version of each character per line)

Wow, I didn't know there was a darker one available. Good thing I didn't buy the lighter ones I saw at Wal-Mart, Target, and TRU.

 

I bought both versions of Breakaway and both versions of Sideways at a TRU here in Orlando today. I'll post some comparison pics later.

 

dang wished i knew about this, i got my brother to pick me up a breakaway and it is the light colored version, oh well i love this mold anyways

 

Got the tan one, though I'm looking for a brown buddy for him, so they can be sad together.

 

When you do....would you please also post the production date stamp on the back of the cards. I think this would also help out some as well.

Yep, they seem to be at Target, that's where I got mine, wasn't even looking for him, I was looking for the elusive Superion, instead I found him and.... activators Dirge; I couldn't beleive it since I'd almost given up hope of ever seeing him ( like I did with Cosmos) .
