And the hits just keep on coming!...
Lol is he really just called The Pilot?
Ah well, still not getting into that scale as tempting as the breadth of it is...
For SC, found a bunch more Palmers over the weekend at GameStop. Seeming like the unpopular one of the wave, which.. isn't too surprising lol. Glad I found a Six when I did because he's the only one I haven't seen again.
I just found a Noble 6 and the butterfly joints don't work. These ones are worse than my Emille that would move slightly but I couldn't get full range no matter what I tried. I don't know how much longer I'm going to stick with the 6" line, It really doesn't do it for me the way the 4" line does.
In regards to the 4" line where are people finding shade turrets?
I hope we get a Arbiter single release, I don’t wanna get a second ‘hog for just him.
According to the megapost a few pages back, Target listings say we will get an individual Arbiter. And since they have release every multi pack figure individually so far I think we’ll be good.
And depending on your need for Halo complete collecting, that Whathog is a new remold. People are saying it's the Halo 3 version, not the Infinite version we've already received.
Ah okay! I will have to look for the solo Arbiter.
Just picked up a 6" Master Chief tonight. My initial impressions are okay. The articulation is decent, but the torso and waist swivel are way too limited.
Anyone else have hands that don't click in? My spares just fall out.
Oh, and why is the battle rifle made of soft rubber?!
Which version did you get?
I don't have the package near me at this time, but I found it at Walmart. Black and green packaging. Came with an Xbox Halo download code (Don't need that, but cool).
Does he have the grappling hook? That’s the second version.
Nope. No grappling hook.
Halo Infinite, The Spartan Collection. I've already had to fix a couple of things, such as his right arm which didn't get properly assembled and was loose, and I carved some of his but armor to allow for his legs to rotate out a bit more.
I stood him next to my Joes' and he's a tall mutha. Either I didn't realize he's a giant, or he's taller than I thought. Good proportions however, and a damn good looking figure aside from the pin holes for his joints.
I'll definitely pick up more if I find any.
Then you have the first one (the recently re-leased him in the newest wave with a grappling hook.)
No hand issues on mine but no one can really hold their weapons well and Kat and Noble Six have loose torso joints.
Yeah the soft ass weapons is a bit of a joy killer for me too.
Has anyone checked to see if the old Mega Bloks magnetic Halo weapons work with these figures? I have a small collection of those from back in the day. I wonder if those will work better.
I put an hour into heating and bending, trying to get the shotguns that came with Jerome and Emille to look semi decent. Jerome's is still a lost cause. I don't get why they don't use stiffer plastic like everyone else does for guns.
FINALLY managed to find wave 2. Got the grunt, spartan air assault and sentinel.
Because we have to circumvent natural selection, I suppose. So instead of, or included with, the standard "do not eat small parts" they make them soft like chewy candy... because reasons.
Yeah, I don't get it either.
I've seen them, but haven't been able to grab any of those up yet. Target appears to be the only store in the area our of six total that keep a decent influx of stock. Everywhere else is a crap shoot.
The local Fred Meyers stores keep a decent inventory, but because of all the stupid exclusive dealings, don't typically have a lot of anything anyone wants for a general $2.50 more than anyone else is selling them. I used to love shopping there. Now, they have a great deli, but the toy isles have shrunk again.
Walmart here has nothing but a bunch of Chiefs. Wave 1 and 2.
Why did they reissue Chief back to back?
Separate names with a comma.
