There's a legend around here. A killer buried, but not dead. A curse on Crystal Lake, a death curse: Jason Voorhees' curse. They say he died as a boy, but he keeps coming back. Few have seen him and lived. Some have even tried to stop him. No one can.
May well be chaperoning someone tonight. If not, we have ghostly lanterns, a pumpkin, a candle and a big bowl of candy. Now to wait. Hoping for an eventful night that doesn't involve something catching on fire.
I couldn't decide which version of Jason I wanted to be, so this is a bit of a mix a few different ones. I also added some red LEDs on the inside of the mask, and ran a switch to my hand so I could switch them on and off on-demand.
Hopefully you didn't take one of his balloons. I heard of a kid one time that kinda got screwed on that one and lost his arm. EDIT: 33 years ago tonight my dad, my buddy, one of my dads buddies, and I went all went to go see Gremlins after Trick or Treating. I lost my Windcharger at the movie too only to find it somehow tucked into one of those hidden pockets of my pants. Boy, what a relief too. I went as one of the ghostbusters. I took a square cardboard box, spray painted it shiny metallic silver/grey and affixed to my back with string, wore a gray members only jacket and used my SHACKwave as my plasma ghost catcher thing-a-mah-jigger (you know, the grey radio shack shockwave that many of us had back then). Removed, Rule 3 Ahh, the 80's....
Some girl was dressed as Georgie from IT and even made it look like her arm was missing. That was awesome.
Another successful Halloween. Kids loved the challenge Kylo Ren to a lightsaber duel to earn their candy.
My entry for the annual Halloween costume contest at the office. I won second place! (Which is also what I got last year. First place, I'm coming for you....)
I had so many TOTers that I ran out of candy. I went out to get some more and the TOTers had died down. I still got a bunch of candy left after restocking lol. Best costumes I saw were Pennywise, Georgie, Purge guy and Kylo Ren. Now I'm watching the original Halloween.
That story sounds like something that would have gotten me to return in a Satan mask with an elder cousin and a few rolls of toilet paper... (I'm kidding and nobody can say otherwise. )
It was around 8pm and this 7 old-yr old boy came up to the front porch to get some candy and his Halloween bag was empty. He just started trick or treating and his parents were standing in the front yard. My sister asked him was he just starting and he said yes. So we were about to call it for tonight and we dump what was left of the candy down his bag.
My Halloween was filled with a good amount of screams due to my scare tent which had a friend of mine dressed as Micheal Myers and my dog skeleton that is motion sensitive. I probably had close to 80 people before I shut down around 9 p.m.
Little brother had fun. I didnt dress up for the first time. Part of me wishes i had went with my friends instead but its whatever. Im waiting for Christmas and Thanksgiving
Hey everyone. Still new here on these boards. Thought I'd share the costumes I made for my family this year. Most of the time was spent on Optimus there. Grimlock, Windblade and Bumblebee were made in under 24 hours. HA! Hope you all enjoy.
Yesterday I got 21 trick or treaters dressed as Freddy Krueger. One kid called me Deadpool, in which I was funny as shit because well yeah they both looked burned looking. But anyways here's my costume.
Stayed up playing horror video games until 1:30ish when I noticed there were no more trick or treaters. I still got a lot of chocolate candy. As I said earlier, I'm sharing some with my nephew. 1 candy for you and 1 candy for me. 2 for you and 1, 2 for me. 3 for you and 1, 2, 3 for me.
