I'm betting it will be, with deluxe sideswipe and now the ha soundwave that color I don't thing they would change things up for a deluxe. Painted silver or not I like the ha soundwave it's on my must have list for sure.
It's still on my proverbial "shut up & take my money" list, but like most things, I'll need to see it in person to know for sure.
Well, you could always get the deluxe version or wait for Buzzsaw (which is apparently the same with a diffy head). I mean if nothing else, both of those are probably better than what comes with Soundwave, so if you're not in it for the whole package, then it seems sill to just get it for the bird.
Any of you thinking about repainting Soundwave silver? I know I am, and just maybe I'll just paint his head blue, just to give him a G1 Coloring.
I cant understand feet design?! I remember Soundwave feet looked more like BB Prime. At least we got Deluxe coming.
So does Laserbeak just sit around threatening to suicide people? That's great but I was kinda hoping he'd be a Targetmaster-style gun or something.
We do have a GREAT gallery here! (SDCC2011) Detailed Images of Human Alliance Soundwave - Transformers News - TFW2005 Man those feet! Weird.
I actually like how disproportionate the legs and arms are. Soundwave has beefy arms in the movie, yet the Deluxe and Legion have thin arms plus big 'boots' which shift the visual bulk down. Plus I'm a sucker for in-humanoid bot-modes.
Well, it's not like they can improve the legs. The toy is near it's release date, they can't just recall him to make the legs more accurate.
Because the buyers for retail stores either don't understand the concept of waves, or they don't care. (That's not necessarily an insult. I would guess that it's hard enough to predict whether your stores can sell quantity x or quantity 2x of a given toy without trying to increase sales by staggering your orders based on when the manufacturer predicts it will bring out different assortments...if the manufacturer actually provides that info to the buyers...which Hasbro probably doesn't. Hmm. Maybe it is all Hasbro's fault. )
