Here's how I nailed mines, I wanted to match the CGI model.. check it out... Got rid of the huge gap in the middle to. It's a solid piece now.. Had do to a lot of fiddling with mines..grrr..
It looks really nice, although the gut is a bit too low. Even though it's in position relative to the doors, the CGI model's doors are only halves. Is it bad that he's pretty much a robot clone of my father? In addition to the appearance, they both like fast cars, guns (trap and hunting), and own a crazy looking dog
lol no hate. He just looks....out of place. Kinda like an oddball for a transformer I guess. Imagine if you would.....a division of clone/storm troopers in formation. And in the middle of this formation, there's a FAT one. Pot bellied out of the armor and sagging over the hip/groin piece of the armor. The helmet he's wearing is almost twice the size of all other troopers and well........he sticks out like a sore thumb. That's kinda what Leadfoot looks like to me......in a way.
This is what I like about his character model. I think it makes him look unique. I hope more fans end up hating it, because it could be the next Skids/Mudflap for me. It's so strange how I end up liking characters that everyone else hates. HA Leadfoot is pretty cool with these fanmodes. Both it and Roadbuster are a mixed bag for me.
