Simple question really, anyone know where I could get some guns that fit into the hands of leader ROTF optimus?

If its gundam bits.... what size? and links to places that ship to the UK please.... and decently priced.

Don't want that fans project set.... way over priced just for a few plastic bits. (they are charging £30 for it at toyz n gamez, which is round about $45 - $50) I could buy another leader op for that price...... so good pricing please.

    Thanks peoples.

Well, seeing as Optimus' hands are really oddly shaped, you're not going to get much further than Buster Prime's gun and Jetprime's gun without having to modify.

If you read the post I stated I don't want to pay out excessive prices for a cheaply made weapons set.

    Thanks for trying though.

The set's hardly "cheaply made". The quality's great on it. And $30 isn't really all that expensive.

Really, you're not going to have many other options. Prime's at a large enough scale that most other weapons from anything else will look undersized on him. And most Gundam weapons have a slanted handle that I don't think would agree with Prime's hands all that well.

First of all, the Gears of War set is from TFCToys, not Fansproject. Also, frankly, if you really want to give leader Prime some guns you've really got to be prepared to pay a fair amount of money. There's simply no other choice.

hmmmm i just bought hftd voyager prime the other night and was wondering if there were any weapons compatible with him....

i saw that gears of war set and I'd be down to get it but it is only compatible with the classics voyager and the rotf leader, correct?

i really don't care for the guns he's got, they look to bland.

Not $30, £30. They are cheaply made, small item it wont cost them any where near that price to produce. Doesn't matter who produces them, they are way over priced.

That aside, looks like I'm out of luck but thanks for trying.

If it doesn't cost them that much to make the items, why don't you make one yourself? ;)

The GoW set ISN'T cheaply made. The reason it's that expensive is because the company doesn't make quantities enough for them to get a return on it like Hasbro does. Limited production=higher cost. It's honestly your best bet.

Given all the parameters that have been set on the question over the course of this thread, I think the answer is just "no".

Wasn't there some tutorial on how to make a Buster-Prime-ish looking gun out of a permanent marker, some paint, and a few other bits?

Yea, it's been done many times using a variety of household objects. @OP: see Radicons.

Yeah I realize that, I was just pointing out that his reasoning that it's 'cheaply made' is unfounded.

I agree. Wasn't really referring to your posts. Just seems like the question had become something similar to asking "Is there a cheap, easy alternative to owning an original Black Zarack without it not being an original Black Zarack?"
