It is the year 0057 of the Galactic Era, and humanity is under siege. For a little over a decade, a group of rogue space pirates known only as the Zodiac Corp have been attacking the space colonies that surround the Earth, using extremely powerful humanoid metal monstrosities known as Mobile Suits. Their motivations unknown, and survivors too shaken to speak of them. The United Nations of Earth, forced to contemplate their circumstances, have been forced to fight back against these unknown enemies, creating Mobile Suits of their own to fight their oppressive invaders. An arms race of epic proportions has resulted from the conflict, creating newer and more deadly variants of the Mobile Suit designs. Zakus, Doms, ZGoks, GMs, Jegans, so many different kinds of war machine, each very similar yet so different from the last. Now, the technological progress has been halted, as Zodiac and the UN are at a stalemate. But soon, the stalemate will be broken, as a private military contractor had taken the GM and boosted it. Speed. Power. Precision. In that moment, a new machine had been born, a shiny new boot to kick Space Pirate ass. A new hope for humanity. A machine known as Prototype GX-005 - Gundam Epsilon. And now, the crew of the Unicorn, and their esteemed captain James Morgan, have been given the task of transporting the Epsilon from Colony 7 to London, where it can be mass produced and used to give these rogue pirates the asskicking they deserve. With any luck, they'll get it there safe and sound and without any trouble. Too bad Luck is such a rare thing in space. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT 1. Godmodding is severely frowned upon. This extends to your character having precognitive powers. I don't care how many Gundams have Newtypes/Seed Factors/X-Rounders/whatever. 2. This may be in space, but Aliens aren't exactly a thing in the Gundam Universe. That applies here too. 3. There is, at least at the beginning of the story, only one Gundam. Ergo, nobody is allowed to sign up with a Gundam, and the Gundam's chosen pilot will be PMed. 4. All Mobile Suits must be at a technological level similar to what is seen in UC 0079-0083. That means Universal Century, Early Cosmic Era, After War, Advanced Generation Flit Era, or Post Disaster. If for any reason people believe that your mobile suit is too overpowered for the situation, you will be sent a nerfed version of your suit and if you attempt to ignore those new guidelines, your suit WILL be shot down by someone. 5. Other then that, give your foes hell.
