They are from the original Sony Walkman from the 80's

Sony Walkman Original TDS L2 Headphones Replica Guardians of The Galaxy | eBay

I'm sure you can find them cheaper though

Then again with the Guardians hype these things are getting expensive

Stopped at McDonald's for lunch today and when they asked for my name I said "Star-Lord". The girl says "Who?". I said "Star-Lord. You know, legendary outlaw." Apparently she didn't get it. Pretty funny though when they said "Order for Star-Lord."

I saw the movie today finally. I liked it. I didn't love it but I liked it.

Also, as someone who just lost someone to cancer that opening nearly shattered me. This might be coloring my perception of the rest of the film. But like I said, I liked it.

It was stupid that Karen Gillan had to shave her head. I mean couldn't they just put a fake bald cap? The director said that it wouldn't look as "realistic". Pff, yeah right. My guess is that the director probably has some fetish with bald girls and girls that shave their hair off

Same here, but not to cancer. That scene really hurt watching it happen again.

Well, GotG held onto the #2 spot at the box office this weekend, less than $4 million behind TMNT for the #1 spot. It's well on it's way to becoming the #1 movie of the summer.

If it made for a better movie then do it. Outside of her loosing her hair, which is replaceable, there isn't a downside. I thought she looked good.
    My condolences...
