Minor/Repaint: Grimlock - AOE movie colors and patina

    Hi! Long time no see! I am super excited to have my new permanent studio space up and running! I stopped by to share a project I finished up a week or so ago, Age of Extinction Voyager Grimlock in movie colors. Of course by colors, I mean a rusty, greenish patina. Details after the pics...

    Ok...nothing too tricky here. Painted flat black, then I used a 6-stage drybrushing including rust and clear green to achieve that ancient, patina appearance. Eyes were given detail, than coated with Pledge Future. Thanks for your time!

    Holy CRAP.....that's an amazing job. Closer than Hasbro or Takara will get with the figure. Very well done!

    My one crit would be that he needs some colour in his eyes, apart from that, beautiful work :thumb
