I didnt mean it as an insult, no. And I've never taken it to be one, especially since about 1/3 of my collection is G1

I'm surprised how close ROTF and MP are, yeah, I know they're 20 apart, but still closer than i expected anyway

Oh. I missed the note that the movie Voyager is actually the vote option for Classics....

but MP Prime still takes the cake. Had it once... sold it cause I needed money more than I needed toys... would like to acquire another at some point... but yeah, that toy IS Optimus Prime. The rest are great toys... but MP Prime is it.

I've considered the 20th Anniversary/Masterpiece Prime to be the best out of all of them but my top list are him plus Cybertron(Galaxy Force) Prime, G1, and Powermaster Prime.

if i had to sell one i'd sell mp. transformation is generic, die cast is pretty much useless, and the design is old. it's probably cause i'm younger than most people here

To all future pollsters: If you want to get an unbiased, true collection of data, don't call G1 "Geee-wun."

    Yes, it is an insult.

Almost a tough call; MP-01 is still my all-time favourite, but if the ROTF Leader Prime had proper paint apps and full articulation, I'd go for that, hands down. Definitely my favourite Prime robot mode design.

THS-02 and Alternity Convoy get honourable mentions, both have great aspects of detailing, design, engineering and articulation. G1 Prime has nostalgia value for me as the original, but a toy that was awesome when I was 6 doesn't hold up against those other ones now.

    I think so.
I'd rather have one G1 than 4 Movie crap or Animated toys anyday!

    Awesomeness > Value!
We all have an opinion though, and this is mine. Simply put.

    I went MP.
    1. MP - the die cast is awesome but it does limit a little but not as much as say bt-22
    2. RID - my only gripe is the super bib likes to fall off
    3. Cybertron - I have the galaxy force one and like the coloring better even though its not as prime-esque
    4. ROTF - awesome toy
    5. (tie) g1...mostly nostalgia but it is a fun toy./g2 laser....lots of playability
I do find it funny that someone mentioned mp was not a good choice because its not kid friendly but gave the nod to ROTF Prime......the same toy with a dozen adults starting threads for help transforming him lol

Maybe thats your opinion, but like I said, I dont see it as an insult and I have about 200 G1 toys, all the dreamwave comics, all the box sets, posters, and one of the lithographs, so its not like i'm NOT a G1 fan, i'm actually a pretty die hard G1 fan. If some people want to be offended by the comical mispelling of a word, hey, more power to them.
