Like the title says, who will win the title of Greatest Prime Toy Ever and why? I gotta go with ROTF Prime cause he looks like the Movie Prime I've come to love and he's a cheap (as in price) Masterpiece!

IF YOU WANT TO VOTE FOR CLASSIC/HENKEI PRIME, VOTE FOR MOVIE VOYAGER, I MEANT TO SWAP THAT ONE OUT FOR HIM BUT FORGOT

Universe 2-Pack Optimus Prime with spinning ninja torso action! 8D

"You spin me right round baby right round like a record baby..."

...Or, y'know, maybe one that doesn't suck.

I'm torn between Masterpiece Optimus Prime and maybe...Cybertron Supreme Prime. But Classics Prime is still one of the most versatile, and nothing will ever beat the nostalgia factor of G1 Optimus.

EDIT: I can't toss in a vote yet until I can actually decide.

    MP-01 or MP-04 without doubt.

ROTF Leader Prime would be a contender but the lacklustre paint apps for me put it below the Masterpieces,Classics/Henkei version and the G1 original.

    3.) Gee-wun

    4.) ROTF Leader

5.) 2007 Movie Voyager and all of it's repaints

    6.) Classics Optimus Prime

I honestly can't decide between Masterpiece or ROTF Leader - they both have stunning accuracy to their non-toy counterparts in continuity, but whereas Masterpiece has all the G1-toon bells and whistles [the energy-axe, the Matrix, opening comlinks], ROTF Leader has the arm blades and Cullen's voice.

So I gotta go with the brick that has outlasted every other TF in my collection, God Ginrai/Powermaster Optimus. :D

G1 Optimus Prime . . . It's the original, it's simple, it brings back all the childhood memories, and after you transform Optimus' cab you know what happens to the trailer hahaha (j/k . . . but seriously)

Word, homie. Also: where's THS-02 Prime? He'd probably be my second choice.

Out of the 13 Primes I own, I would have to say Masterpiece/20th Anni. Prime.

He is dead-on to his G1 counterpart and is one beautiful display piece in any collection!

    My top three:

    Classics (voyager) Prime
    Armada (bendy) Prime
    G2 Laser Optimus Prime

Assuming "Armada" counts Bendy prime, only one of mine is on the list, if not, NONE.

RID, no contest, and with Classics Voyager Prime in second. Actually saw RotF Leader Prime in stores last night, and he actually looks really good. The gray on him is darker and actually much better looking in-person than it does in pictures (looks less flat and cheap). If I get him I could see him taking at least second, if not somehow topping RID Prime (slim chance, but it could happen), but atm, I don't plan on getting him. Though I have a feeling I'll cave eventually, or at least get the inevitable themed repaint of him.

RID. He just does so much cool stuff so very well that I have to rank him first. Cybertron and Classics Primes are pretty high on my list, too. If he turns out as cool as he sounds, Wingblade Prime may end up in my top five, too.

I think Masterpiece Optimus is a horribly overrated figure, though. His bot mode looks great, but all the die-cast weighs him down so bad he can't even stand up without leaning forward, much less hold a really dramatic pose. The vehicle mode is also a bit crap, as it was definitely sacrificed in favor of the robot mode.

No McDonald's happy meal Animated Prime? What kind of sorry list is this.... Oh well If I have to choose, MP Prime is a distant 2nd, then RID Prime 3rd.
