Please forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere, I don't check this forum that much. So let me get this straight- you basically just drop these guys and they automatically go to robot mode? If so, what's stopping some kid from throwing one at someone,or something and breaking it, and trying to get away with it by using a "but I was just trying to make it transform" line.
It's more of a "stand-up/lay down" kind of action. There's no force involved. I'm sure they're built pretty durable since their target demographic is (are?) toddlers. I bought OP and BB for myself
I think someone said that they were like the stress relievers of the line. I might have to get Sideswipe or Prime.
The stand up/lay down is correct. I got SS and love it. It is so far my favorite of the line. I can't stop messing with it. It may be designed for the little ones but this 36 year old loves his.
I've got all five of the ones currently out, although only two belong to me (Optimus and Mudflap), the rest belong to the niblet. But they're huge hits here at our house!
Personally I cannot stop playing with them. I picked up Bumblebee and Prime and I am having a blast with them. I cannot wait to see what my grand-daughter does with them. MM
