Every so often we get a neat thread where a lucky person has hunted down their "Grail" and obtained it. I'm just wondering, what is your "Grail"? For me, I have been hunting a "lunchtime special" clear G1 Optimus Prime. I know it's not an official release, and there are no actual numbers as to how many were made. I just really like it and would love to get one. My other one would probably be the Clear Takara Optimus Primal. So, list yours here. Who knows, someone might have what you want for sale.

Oh I know it's a KO, that doesn't bother me, what bothers me is not finding one. I have a thing for Clear figures and forgot the other Grail on my list. The Clear Overload that came with the Magna Convoy set for Micron Legend. There is a set on eBay for $140, anyone wanna go halfsies so I can get the Overload?
White Rare Headmaster heads. I haven't seen them at all. Plus I would love Black Zarak. He so badass.

I was able to get aquite a few of my grails in the summer of 2004, but I'd still LOVE to get: G1 Roadbuster G1 Whirl G1 Star Saber G1 Victory leo G1 Overlord G1 Monstructor G1 Raiden G1 Lio Kaiser There are a few beast guys I'm looking into, but they're slightly less expensive then those guys above
Tough to say, there are a bunch of TFs that I've always wanted, but I don't know if I would call them grails. Id say the 2 of the most I'd want would be Black Zarak and Metrotitan.
Lucky draw Black Tracks, which has been aquired. My other grail is to get a Stunticon giftset, but even attempting that one is a long ways off.
I meant the fact that one of them WILL come probably come up rather than the fakery aspect. But since you know that... there was no need for me to say it. As for grails........ the only things i ever really wanted badly enough to break my cheapskate collecting rule are Victory Saber and Road Caesar. Which i broke down and bought. The 'base' TF's just don't do it for me really... if i want to drive a car up and down a ramp i'll go to a car park.

Still have a few more grails on my list that I will be tracking down and some grails I can only dream of ever owning (G1 Japanese Dinocassettes). Currently I'm hunting Noizu in a major way After that it will be the only 2 lucky draws I really want that I don't have: GalvaLioconvoy and the black Armada Megatron. I hope to have 2 of the 3 by the end of the year...all 3 if I get REALLY lucky...then all my TF wants will just be the unproduced G2 pieces...not like I'm going to hold my breath on those...so my grail focus will turn to old Japanese toys....my wallet weeps
My grails: -Takara reissue Ghost Starscream -Botcon 1997 Fractyle and Packrat -Botcon 1998 Antagony -Takara reissue Predaking -Yamato VF-19A (blue paint) Might not exactly be the hardest to find or most expensive, but those guys mean a lot to me. Although, once I get to see Soundwave.ca's Star Saber and Victory Leo I'll probably cave and start searching for some. Damn you Ryan! **edit: Woops, I forgot my TWO Car Robots Brave Maximus figures.
Energon Beachcomber became a grail for me after Hasbro's shipping snafu. But now he's mine. Masterforce Metalhawk is another. Frankly, I'm holding out for a reissue. And lastly, a complete collection of wolf and other dog TFs together make a grail. But I'll be making it easy on myself by skipping the rarest ones (I'm looking at you Lucky Draw Sixshot and Botcon Windrazor).
there are a few japanese eitems that I want such as Liokaiser Overlord Black Zarak Browning then I of course want the Japanese and the american giftset of bruticus.
as long as people are dreaming away I want a Godaikin Tetsujin 28 mib. I would also take a DX Vultus, but I guess the SOC release this year will have to do.
I just want a G1 Prime, in good shape. Limited funds tend to keep me from it. Hoping to pick one, with part of the state tax return. I'm just iffy about spending that much money, on a single toy.
