Did a search, never saw this before. I forgot I had it on my phone from Monday, but I saw it at TrU in Hagerstown MD.

It has a feature that lights up Optimus, who's cast in frosted plastic. And it's a flashlight.
That's it. Lighting darkest hours and such.

    Holy, crap...really?

    It's for CHILDREN.

    C H I L D R E N.

Little ones who see their favorite characters inside a nightlight and it puts a smile on their face.

Seriously, that asinine comment was totally uncalled for. Yes, these are for kids, and honestly, my daughter thought it looked cool.
Don't like this Hasbro 'crap', then fine. Just don't be an ass about it.

When I was nine years old I got a Transformers doorbell as a birthday gift. It was a plastic plaque with a sculpted bust of Wheeljack holding a little placard that could have different messages placed inside.
When you pressed Wheeljack, it made a quiet, junky 'ding dong' sound. It was totally stupid, made like crap, and pretty much useless for a kid who had to leave his door open. But I hung it on my door and I loved it.

    Because I was a kid.

I imagine there will be some nine year old kids today who will feel same about this peculiar glowing flashlight thing.

    Hahaha! This guy gets it.

Why so serious?! Damn. I know it's a kids toy, but that's an awful toy. You can buy better toys at dollar general.

Nightlight looks like a Star Trek transporter effect.

My goodness, you must have some swanky Dollar Generals in your area.

Anyways, I always had light up merchandise in my room as a kid. While it might not be something adults want to collect for their displays, it would do perfectly as a kid's nightlight.
