Here's the last one I have and after doing 6 in a row, I definitely need a break. It's been fun but taking these guys apart and painting them up can be a process. I really like how Scav looks. I'm not sure how I did it but the red paint really looks like metal panels. The white shows up pretty bright in the pics but in hand it's a lot more worn looking (which is what I wanted). Aside from some paint chipping durning the transformation process, this really came out looking great to me. Hope you enjoy and I'll do this again when I get the last two in hand and finished up. Take care!

Thanks. I do like it as well. Initially I was going to do the main color white like in the movie, but the white was way harder to work with than I realized and I thought combined mode would look better with the red. All in all I think Devastator will look pretty good. Now all to do is wait until they release the last two guys.

Did you paint the white on the arms with a brush?

Sorry it took some time to respond but yes I used dry brushing with the white over a black base coat. It took several coats to get it where I was happy.

I don't know if this is appropriate to post but someone on the boards put out this pic of a custom Demolisher. It literally made me want to buy this again and try to copy what he did. It's the best construction custom I've seen to date so I wanted to share it with you guys if you were trying to come up with ideas to customize him.

Also, if anyone knows how this person did this without the paint chipping off during transformation please let me know.
