Thanks for the heads up. I was able to secure a preorder for around 390 EUR after shipping and import, wich is really good considering that local store here are asking for 550+.
Man I've been wondering how they managed to solve the waist swivel problem without use faux parts for the trunk. Looks like there's no ab crunch though. Diecast content is surprisingly high for anyone that cares.
I'm a little disappointed by the booster not having an accurate individual ship/drone mode but otherwise, the rest looks very solid. EDIT: just noticed the knee only has two clicks to reach 90°? That's kinda lame actually.
After nearly a month of battling GSC's abysmal customer service about glue residue on Da Garn's head and another three weeks of trying to get them to understand what I mean by my query regarding the flipped Earth emblem I've received a reply that says "we were unable to see a defect in your picture". So there's that.
Oh, are they finally following up on the Thunder Gridman set? Thank god. I was getting a bit worried that it wasn't going to happen.
For those that bought Gurren Dan Lagann, be careful of Kid Knuckle's arm joints, there are a few reports of breakage
I've just got mine and I've already loosened all the screws on Kid Knuckle's arm, just to be sure. Now the breakage may come from different factors. The quality of the plastic: the figure Is definetly lighter then I was expecting and in some areas it also feels a little too thin. A design flaw: too many joints in a crammed space and this is strange considering that the individual Gunnmen are less articulated then I was expecting (not that I was expecting them to pull a superhero landing pose) User error: right out of the box the arms are not oriented in the correct position for transformation and trying to force them will cause breakage.
