Hmm… I seem to be the odd one out in liking the Puffer story! I plan on having the quartet (Huffer, Pipes, Puffer, and Road Ranger) together, so for an explanation I’ll probably have Puffer be his own thing. But I do enjoy the sci fi goofiness or “gasp! The horror!!! Two bots fused through terrifying means to form… the bot with two brains: Puffer!!! Ahhh!!!!”

Idk seems really cheesy and fun and definitely sounds like an episode of G1.

All I want is Puffer.

 

I like the set but wish they had used some more of the Huffer tooling on Puffer to really sell the Tuvix angle a little better. Right now he's just a whiter Pipes repaint.

 

This set looks really good! Road Ranger especially, that’s a striking color scheme. I think I’m more partial to Pipes than Puffer, but he’s not bad either way. I think the funniest thing about the whole Golden Disk Wheeljack placeholder image thing was that people actually thought Hasbro went to the effort of re-posing ER or MP Wheeljack, and then editing it and reposing it. This is a company that (regardless of your opinion on it) can’t even manage to come up with a reveal schedule that doesn’t involve them getting beat to the punch by YouTubers. Hell, Pipes himself doesn’t even have a reveal yet. They’ve got bigger issues than that lol.

I still reserve the right to hate this. This automatically makes more work for me to get rid of Puffer. Who the Hell wants only Puffer?
