Well, I am hoping there will be some updates from the International Tokyo Toy Show on this line. The lack of news and pre-orders is starting to kill a little bit of my excitement. It would be awesome if there was some news at SDCC too, but I am not counting on it.

Nope, I did a google search and found nothing dealing with Tokyo Toy Show 2015 and Machine Robo. The most recent coverage I found was on Cybergundam Facebook's page with links to taghobby.com, where there was nothing even mentioning Machine Robo. Looks like this line might be in Development Hell along with the new Captain Power TV series and MOTU movie.
Well I was in no rush (nor my wallet now that I think about it). I'll be patient. I'd be very surprised if this was completely abandoned.....
Any chance you can ask your friend the status of this line for us? I am curious if a copyright or licensing issue is preventing this line from happening.

I am not familiar with that figure but I did find him from a MR catalog image: Is that a possible MR-05 Loco too?
This is more of a collectors item than anything else so I imagine there is more chance we'll hear something during next months Wonderfest.
