    Is this the one Media Blasters released?! The cover art looks different, and its cheap. I was going to buy this, but I'm not sure I would be getting what I'm looking for which is the one Media Blasters produced. Any of you Godzilla experts know anything about this version?!

    That's a weird one. I've never seen that cover, and the ones I do know about are out of print. The version to get is the Tokyo Shock edition. Unfortunately, I have the older dvd with the worse dub track and no chapter stops.

    But the fact deep discount has this, and for so cheap, makes me a little skeptical. I have no idea what you'll get, but for that price, you almost might as well just take a chance. Even the bad older version I have is out of print and is going for more than double that price on the secondary market.

    This might be a region-free Chinese DVD. It might be a pretty good copy but you are taking your chances.

    That's what I was thinking it might be, but the cover art and Japanese, not Chinese, text all over it makes me think maybe not. And either way, it's not like he has a lot of options at this point. Especially for that price.

    If I remember correctly this is the "not final" cover art that media blasters used before they had the actual release. So deepdiscount is probably using the old art. You should be good ordering it.

    Edit: Yep. At the bottom it says released by Tokyo Shock which is Media Blasters monster line.

    Damn, i haven't watched DAM in a long time. I gotta get my old G movies on dvd. Pretty sure all mine are on vhs except Godzilla 2000 and up movies.
