Looks like the lead photo of the bee in the article about the bee... isn’t of the bee the article is about. Seems like they just photoshopped a regular bee. Here’s an image of the real one. Blue-ish, but not screaming cartoon blue. Super awesome that a population has been rediscovered, though.

I didn't know these existed. Mainly because most of the blue animals are either birds, frogs or fish.
The standards of beauty can be so boring sometimes, but it's nice to know there are unique people out there. Now to find more blue animals...
