Funny I was going to say I knew there was a reason I liked her better than Ginger. I wouldn't doubt it for some reason. Man, they really dropped the hammer on her. We got busted with pot back in the day and the driver of the car got a ticket, and that's it. No jail time or anything. I guess they like f$ckin with Grannys in that county.

I understand that some think smoking pot isn't a big deal. I understand that and am not going to argue that in anyway. But she was driving recklessly, which is what she was finally charged with. Article says, "According to the sheriff's office report, Gutierrez pulled Wells over after noticing her swerve across the fog lines and center lines of State Highway 33 and repeatedly speed up and slow down." So I don't really understand the the whole "so what if she smoked dope?" posts. And her mugshot is awesome.
